Great product and fast delivery. Couldn’t be happier!

I purchase lanyards from L4A for resale to end users for events - have used them for several years and am very happy with quality of products delivered and service until my latest order - it was a re-order and everything has turned out fine, but this go round after placing the order on line I made multiple attempts to reach vendor by phone and could not reach a human being or elicit a call back - With client deadline and my reputation as a supplier on the line I would have been happier (and awarded 5 stars) with a few moments of personal attention . I would still recommend L4A, just hope they have not abandoned hands-on customer service.

Our school is very pleased with custom lanyards. We received our order quicker than expected, and everything looks great. We are also extremely happy with the quality and price. We will definitely use them in the future.

Very easy to order and work with your company

I found communication to be slow. I also felt there was lack of communication when I asked questions. I ended up calling at one point and was promised things that didn't show up for two days. I also never received updates during the process so I never knew where my order was in production. Lastly, the product itself was not as expected. A transfer was used and the edges of the print were kind of gooey and off white in color. It was not a clean print like what I have received from other vendors. The price was great so not sure if I will come back.

The lanyards are perfect. The colors are exactly as advertised and I still can't get over the fact that we were able to order them on Friday afternoon and received them on Thursday afternoon. Ordering and designing on line was a breeze and when I called for some assistance I got all the information I needed and the gentleman I spoke to couldn't have been nicer. I would highly this company to others and definitely use them again.

I have been a loyal customer for many years, but for some odd reason, the proofs I keep receiving for my recent order don't match up to my actual order nor do the revised proofs reflect my confirmation that the proofs sent to me DO NOT match my order. It's frustrating to keep receiving new proofs that are the same as the previous proofs THAT STILL DO NOT match my actual order (i.e. quantity and color ordered for supplies).
