This was my first time to use Custom Lanyards 4 all and I have been well pleased. I had an issue ordering what I wanted, called the provided number on the website and was directed on how to place the order. The product is excellent and it was completed and shipped in a timely manner. The prices are decent and the product is a quality one

Customer Service needs improvement on the phone. Products are usually fine. once the proof has been placed into production.

Ordered product a month ago- no one told us company closed down for 2 weeks for Chinese New Year. So disappointed- no communication and still waiting for delivery.

They did the impossible! No other company I tried was so helpful in the crunch situation I was in!

Super quick turnaround -- I started recently at my company only to find we had signed up to sponsor lanyards but had yet to purchase them. A few quick calls to customer service, and they helped us RUSH the order. The organization says they turned out great! Not to mention the pricing was the best I could find. I don't often leave reviews but appreciated the efforts as I was slightly wary at first as you never know how online vendors will do with printing/custom items.

You all did a great job serving the needs of TEDxGCU! Customer service was good, expect for a lot of back and forth on the artwork to get it in a file type needed for production. Customer Lanyards waived an increase in fees for a switch from tube to dye sublimation for us and that makes all the difference!

Fast service. There was a little delay in the return of the digital proof but it was good and the product matched perfectly when it arrived.

Everyhting on their website worked great and the lanyards came right on time.
