I am very impressed by the service I received. My order was a last minute decision on a tight deadline and I opted for plain text for my company name. A small glitch with submitting my credit card led to me calling in. The gentleman who helped me was not only able to help me complete my order - he took care of adding my company logo to the lanyard and ensured me that even with proofing I would get my order in the time frame necessary. I received my order a day earlier than was promised.

We needed a custom order of less than 50 lanyards for a small town museum staff. Sent an email and received a response within a business day to call which I did. Staff was extremely helpful in setting everything up on the phone. Artwork was available next day for review as promised. Final product arrived quickly and was correct. Fantastic service. It was so easy that I will use this company for additional projects.

This is the second time I have purchased lanyards for our coaches. Both times I have had a great experience and received my order in a short period of time.

This was a reorder and all I had to do was click as such in my account and my product was on its way.

My order was a simple lanyard, featuring lettering in a single color and font offered on the site. My first digital proof came back with the font and color being wrong. My second proof took days to come back, and one of the characters was only partially visible. When I questioned whether it would show up fully in production, I was asked to convert my simple letters in a color in a font into a PDF and send it in for them. It was ridiculous to have something so simple become so complicated. I then asked to have my order canceled and payment refunded and I was again pressured to send in a PDF. I again asserted that I wanted my order to be canceled and asked for an invoice showing it had been done and I never heard from the company again. I ordered through a different vendor and got exactly what I was looking for without any difficulties and at a significantly better price as well. I am now disputing the charge from this terrible company on my credit card. I do not advise anyone doing business with this company.

Excellent Customer service, very helpful on the phone, great that you can view your lanyard as you design it. I have ordered multiple times and all products have arrived as ordered and on time, great products.

Ordering was easy and the product is beautiful.

I approved our custom order within what I thought would be enough time for delivery before our event. After 12 business days (not including Columbus Day), our order had not arrived. We were left with less than attractive name tags for our event.
