Just had my Mercedes A Class repaired at D and B in Winford. My car had a fault which couldn’t be diagnosed by my usual garage who suggested I’d need to go to a main dealer for diagnosis/repair.
We found D and B via google and Michelle immediately recognised what the issue was with my car over the phone. I was sceptical, but had nothing to lose.
Michelle’s diagnosis was spot on and they were able to repair my car within a day.
Competitively priced work carried out quickly and to a high standard.

I can thoroughly recommend D&B Automotive at Winford as they diagnosed and repaired an intermittent fault on my vehicle that others failed to locate.

This is the second time I have brought my Mercedes in for servicing. Michelle and the team are highly knowledgable. I was very impressed with the level of service I received here. I trust this garage implicitly and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will without doubt be returning when my car is due for any servicing or repairs.

If I could choose 0, I would have done it.
Please avoid. Very unprofessional people, even the basic standards are not followed: i:e. cover the seat.
Damaged my car; left it dirty; a big amount for petrol used with no explanations.
Avoid and don’t trust this place!

Used D&B a number of times. This week they serviced my GLE - gave a clear and comprehensive quote (which was a lot cheaper than then main dealers), they update the Mercedes online service database and have really knowledgeable techs. Arrived to pick up the car and was given a really thorough run through of everything that was carried out plus any advisories. To top it all the car was sparkling clean as well. Thanks to the team at D&B - cant recommend enough

5 stars simply isn't enough for the service received from DB Automotive. From enquiring only 1 week ago, my experience has been nothing short of delightful!
Bailey was exceptionally helpful with finding me the perfect vehicle, arranging finance, and delivery and I am over the moon with the service received and my new car! Cannot recommend DB Automotive enough. From being the most fussy customer, to the most satisfied without a doubt, I am so thankful and will recommend you time and time again.

took my mercedes for service to d and b ,first time i have used them and must say i was very happy with the whole experinence from the costing to the coms provided ..i would recommend them as i have used other merc garages inn the past and found them not as good as d&b ,,first class from start to finish ,,

Came to have my injectors put in and coded with a oil change and oil filter changed.
Advised by reyon to have my glow plugs changed as he said my car wont drive without them. I had my car taken on recovery van which cost £50 reyon promised my car would be drivable after being in his care only for him to change his tone when he realised the dpf is blocked and he cant fix dpf filters. I did sAy to reyon it was blocked so he was fully aware. After some time he advised the bill was £402 for the work even though my car came and will be leaving on a van! Im not saying these people dont fix cars but they clearly know the basics! I came back on monday and a black guy who looks about late 50’s was arguing with me about what work had happened even though he doesnt know the full story as he wasnt here on friday. I will never come here again and i will be spreading the word on this company. I asked for the manager to contact me but reyon said he doesnt come to the garage much! I will be reporting to trading standards these are grown men who prey on young women drivers so they can rob them.

Genuinely outstanding on the technical front, pleasant, honest, and do what they say they will, when they say they will. Clearly obsessive about Mercedes and about details. Priced just right. It doesn't have to be more complex than this.

Trust isn't easily won, especially from a wary sceptic like me, but this outfit have. There are closer, perhaps better-known MB specialists in the greater Bristol area, but you will not find better. And they outclass the main dealers in every important category, by a long way.

We have now been using D & B for two years and we have A B class AMG and A GLC. We have also added a Mercedes Sprinter to our collection. From the Very start of changing from Mercedes Service ot these guys have been fantastic. From initial contact with Michelle who is the hub of the business who will check your requirements and talk through in great technical detail if needed, she will process you service, repair, to great team of Technicians who carry out the work. Pricing is clear and concise, Far cheaper than Mercedes and with major step change in customer service, and if they have time which is normally Yes they will clean the car for ou as well. I had some issues with Warranty work and Michelle supported me through this as well. Honestly can't fault this company and certainly recommend you try them out

Took my AMG E55 here for MOT / service / general check up and was very pleased with the service.

Much more friendly and professional than my experiences with Mercedes - and a lovely family run atmosphere.

I was going to be selling my E55 but following on from my experience with D&B coupled with how tough it is to sell a nice car these days I've decided to keep it and will be happy to return here in future for all its upkeep.

These guys know their stuff, even though they specialise in Toyota and Lexus they have a very good and deep working knowledge of cars across all makes. I am a continued returning customer to D&B automotive, who have performed major works on my Lexus from cam Belt changes to electrical installations, not to mention servicing and MOT. The quality of workmanship is top class with usually no comebacks on the works they perform. I would highly recommend and would not take my car anywhere else!
