This service is very impressive, File Retrieval was awesome, they have very friendly reps and walk you basically through everything, I had an old laptop that I kept over hundreds of files from my college classes and tons of pictures of my children from different ages as they were growing up, which I kept telling myself I will just email them to myself later or put them on of those usb drives well I never did and I opened up my laptop and it would not come on I kept getting a big huge message that said I had a malware issue, come to find out I called a few of my friends and they referred me to File Retrieval and thank goodness they did because I had no idea what to do next, I was a little skeptical at first but as I spoke with a couple different reps they assured me they could get my files and even my pictures I needed and possible to get me through the malware attack I followed everything they told me to do and it did take a little while but without their help I would have never ever got all my files I needed back some of them were certificates that I would need one day, but more in important all my other stuff like my kids pictures, I could not believe it when the whole process was complete because I could not find anything in my storage system at all but they did and yall deserve a 5 star rating, keep up the awesome work because sometimes we get so busy and never expect a malware attack to happen or any kind of encryption error. Accidentally deleted a friend's project work and when I thought all hope was lost file retrieval came along. To my amazement these guys got my files for me. Job well done

After discussing my situation with the customer rep and then discussing things with the director of operations. We came to a understanding that the ball was dropped.

I discussed my concerns and why we were upset with their company. Overall after our discussion i came away feeling much better about what had happened. Would i use this company again? Maybe. For a solid state drive probably not, but for a physical hard drive i would give them a second shot.

I was recommend the service by my computer man after my hard disc drive failed. They were able to full recover all the data and sent in back in all the original folders, which was easy to reinstall. Would recommend the service.

Very Impressive Service.
File Retrieval has always been our trusted partner in file recovery and files and data management systems for the last 5 years. We own a very big corporate insurance company and much of our work involves costly financial transactions and dealings. We use a lot of computers at our firm’s headquarters and much of our work is stored on company servers, computer HDD’s and other digital storage equipment.
One day we had a very deadly malware attack whose origins we never knew! The attack was so severe that it completely wiped out our company servers, computer HDD, and even our online storage systems. No files/data could be traced. This threatened to close our business because all our client’s data and company files were all erased from our storage system. We had no idea of what to do next.

These are main services that these guys have so far helped us with; the very complex data recovery which is called RAID from their RAID system stores. We are safely secured by this system to restore data from several advanced RAID, NAS, SAN, and tape and multi-disk servers. We have also benefited a lot from their services in recovering lost data from our company’s hard disc drive (HHD) and solid-state disc (SSD). They have always used a tool called data remanence which is very effective.
This system has helped us to restore data and files even when the data has been removed. This has helped us to prevent disruptions to our operations such as errors in network administration, hardware failures, and software corruption.
Since we heavily rely on our company’s Laptops and Desktop computers, they have become an essential part of our daily business routine because we use them to store our very important e-mails, photos, documents, calendars, and all the other clients’ vital information which are all very important to us as a reputable company.
