At first
At first, I wasn’t happy with the service, but DCL offered a price match. Rather than switching to a different provider, I decided to stay with DCL.
Their customer support is excellent, and I really appreciate their willingness to help.

⚠️ WARNING TO ALL DRIVING INSTRUCTORS – AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!
If you’re a driving instructor, I would strongly advise you to stay well away from this insurance provider.
In my experience, the moment you have an accident and need their assistance, they pass your claim over to Noble Claims, a company I have found to be shockingly incompetent and unprofessional.
Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Rather than providing support and answering reasonable questions, I have experienced staff shouting at me over the telephone and behaving in an aggressive and abusive manner.
What makes matters even worse is their complaints procedure. After submitting a formal complaint about a member of staff’s unacceptable behaviour, they actually assigned that very same individual to handle my complaint!
How can anyone expect a fair and impartial investigation when the person being complained about is responsible for investigating the complaint?
As driving instructors, our vehicles are our livelihoods. We depend on insurers and claims handlers to act professionally, efficiently and fairly when things go wrong.
Based on my experience, I have absolutely no confidence in this company’s ability to do any of those things.
My advice to fellow driving instructors: think very carefully before trusting this company with your livelihood.

I dealt with Yohann and he was very supportive, knowledgeable, polite during my renewal for taxi insurance and got me the best deal. I have been with this company for last few years and all the members are kind and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with DCL’s…
Extremely disappointed with DCL’s partner company MSL. If you’re looking for a hire vehicle after a car accident they will do everything in their power to delay matters. They will ask for all your card details and account information. MSL will use Experian but not check the information properly and delay things. One of their staff members became threatening on the call saying “we won’t give a vehicle then” he put me on hold many times without telling me. If we had known this would happen we would not have gone with DCL avoid at all costs unless they stop their agreement with MSL, if you have an accident you will not be dealt with well. Very disappointing
