I worked with Lyle to create a bespoke engagement ring and a few months later, bespoke earrings and a pendant (made from the top of a ring) for the wedding gift. All set in new White Gold using precious stones from family jewellery. Throughout the entire process Lyle was professional, friendly, patient, and explained things clearly about the designs and build. Designs were received to review when expected and further meetings were had to discuss them and make changes where relevant. The finished pieces are stunning and timeless.

I have recently had a bespoke sapphire ring designed and made at Deacons Jewellers in Swindon by Alvide. My request was that it matched my wedding ring. The ring is absolutely beautiful and a great match to my wedding ring. The whole process from initial discussion to final design and production was excellent. I would highly recommend this design service.

Excellent experience buying a long awaited Rolex for hubby. James has to be one of the best sales persons in the Rolex world …and we’ve been in a few! Quick & accurate responses for an online enquiry & from establishing that they had the watch in question & some other information to the watch arriving was no more than three days from start to finish. I had also spent the previous 6 months looking for this particular watch & dial colour as new & with the box & papers with no success. Needed to get a ring reduced in size for my wife. Very pleasant customer service indeed. Also asked them to open the back of an old watch to see the working movement and watchmaker details. Took time to show us the complete details of all that we asked, really helpful, would definitely recommend.

Visited Deacons today not happy with the service or how we were treated. The young man who served us was rude and oblivious to what good service is.
The sub par service was disappointing for us as we have used Deacons often and the service we normally receive is at a higher standard.
