I am 67 year old. Although I am Ph.D. and familiar with new technology, I have a certain problems to achieve fast result using it. I would not recommend Mastermind.com to anyone. Avoid this headache.

I never signed up for a subscription with Mastermind.com. I never used anything they offer. They still charged my credit card without my consent. I reached out multiple times. I explained the situation. I provided proof. They did not care at all.

They kept repeating the same scripted lines. No empathy. No ownership. No solution. They refused to give me a refund for a service I did not use. It feels like they value money over customers. I lost trust in this company.

I work hard for my money. Getting charged for something I did not agree to feels terrible. I would not recommend Mastermind.com to anyone. Avoid this headache.

I was happy to see that I didn't have to wait long for my concern to be answered in a way that made sense to me and was acceptable.
If there is a way that going forward it could somehow be added ahead of time it would relieve a lot of stress as you are working with various age groups here, many of who are from ancient timelines and even though we are all making this massive leap to join the Ai era for whatever reason, it would be helpful if that would be a question that we didn't have to ask.
