This company was first brought to my attention on social media (Facebook) and in particular via recommendations on the various landlord groups I am on and I am so happy it was! The owner , Mr Bulwant Rai, aka Bully Rai, is brilliant as I needed him to draw up a deed of trust for me. The deed of trust was not a straightforward one however between Bully and I , we were able to find a solution and Bully personally always responded to all of my emails himself either on the same day or within 24 hours which I was not expecting as he is the owner of a busy company. All of his advice was considered and accurate and his comms excellent. He was able to draw up a deed of trust for me for £180 last month (June 2026) which is very reasonable considering if you used a high street solicitors practice or conveyancer for a deed of trust , you would be looking at £300+. His company website is also very good and user friendly as you have to apply/fill in the online application form and then submit it for Bully and his team to prepare the deed of trust. Throughout the process I was kept informed via text messages and emails and everything was completed within 3 working days without me having to chase. Overall, Bully truly provides an excellent service and I highly recommend him—he is extremely knowledgable and very responsive —thank you Bully!
