I was a little concerned at first by the lack of online reviews for this company, but I went ahead anyway and I'm very pleased that I did. The service was quick and efficient and reasonably priced. I'm posting this review in case anyone else has similar concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were really taken aback by the quality and promptness of the service provided. We started the process on the 17th of February, had a few questions about the form which were very quickly answered by the webchat team and submitted it that evening. The following morning received an email from Bully who advised a draft would be ready within two working days which we received as promised, had some more questions answered, and the bound final copy arrived through the post on the 25th. Obtaining the deed of trust turned from a really difficult process with our conveyancing solicitor into probably the easiest part of the entire process.
