The national and international multi-award-winning Ronnie Richards Memorial Charity (RRMC) Non-Profit Public Access Defibrillator (PAD) Program have worked very closely with the Defib Store for several years receiving ongoing outstanding service throughout.
The Defib Store 4000 polycarbonate cabinet has proved in a class of its own having installed increasing hundreds in our network. Cornwall's challenging climate being the ultimate test when other model cabinets have failed.

Excellent service. Our defib had been deployed and we were without pads. Spoke to Thomas Jones who went above and beyond to get the pads couriered to us.

Great friendly service .
I needed to get hold of some defibrillator pads rather quickly and I spoke to Cameron and Tom who both went out of their way to help me. The delivery by fed ex arrived less than 36 hours after I made my order , excellent service.

Great service & Prices
Contact the Defib store to replace our pads and was pleasantly surprised with the pricing of the price of the replacement parts.
I was well looked after by Thomas Jones, he was quick at supplying a quote and sending out the new pads.
I would recommend anyone who is looking for a defib or spare parts to use this store.

Vivienne Nicholls of Rent A Defib visited our office with a selection of defibs, talked us through how to use each one and their differences. Once we had selected the one we thought would suit our business she arranged for the paperwork to be sent, which was pretty straight forward and the delivery of the defib was prompt, altogether a great service.

Excellent service with a replacement battery
I ordered a replacement battery for our Defibrillator which was delivered to us in the Isle of Man promptly. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong battery but the team were very understanding and went out of their way to help me return the wrong battery and re-order the correct battery. I am very grateful for their excellent service. it makes such a change to talk to people who care about providing a good service to their customers.

Well priced defibrillator
With so many different defibrillator in all different price classes, not easy to pick one out. From all companies Defib store offered the best value. Thomas was very helpful and any questions were promptly answered by mail. Also contacted by phone, no long waiting time and friendly staff directed my questions straight to the right person.
All up and running within 9 days including weekend.
