Not good quality. Feels fake. Makes my scalp itchy when the extension is in, and the hair gets frizzy right away.

Dårligt hår. Bestilte helt lyst modtog noget gråt/ gult. Spidserne er tørre og slidte. Filtrer allerede kort efter påsætning. Det falder meget hår når du reder trods af at det er sat med keratin. Trods gode hårprodukter og glatning for at få det glat, filtrer det allerede kort efter.

My experience with Delightful Hair has been very disappointing. I purchased their extensions expecting high-quality remy human hair, as advertised, but within just two weeks, they became tangled, lifeless and unusable. Even my professional hairstylist, who installed them, was surprised and questioned whether it was truly human and/or remy hair.
When I reached out to Delightful Hair to report the issue, I was initially told that there was nothing they could do. Later, when I mentioned I would share my experience online, they expressed interest in ‘finding a solution’ and asked me to provide proof, despite previously telling me they would not assist. This made it more difficult for me to gather evidence, as I had already thrown the extensions away after their initial refusal to help. Fortunately, I still had photos as evidence. After submitting evidence, I was informed that my complaint fell outside their warranty period, which I personally found to be extremely short and I also found it confusing that they asked for evidence, only to state after providing it that my complaint was outside the warranty period? This was devastating, as I had reached out to them within the first month after installation.

Additionally, I was told I could return an unopened pack of extensions of €89 for a refund. To this day, I have not received my refund, although they claim to have processed it. I had to contact them over and over again about this...

Bottom line: in my experience and view, the quality of the extensions did not align with what I expected based on the advertisement, and I believe it’s reasonable to expect that ‘real human remy hair’ would last longer than 2-3 weeks. Perhaps the extensions were part of a bad batch, which can happen, but the lack of a solution & on top of that: the missing refund, made it a devastating customer service experience for me. I regret purchasing from them

Kjøpte keratin extensions herfra, dessverre var det svært dårlig kvalitet. Etter kun en vask ser håret brent ut nederst fordi det er så tørt. Det står på websiden deres at om man sender en mail skal man få svar innen 12 timer, nå er det to uker siden jeg sendte inn mail og fortsatt ikke hørt noe. Det står at det er ekte hår, men jeg tror faktisk ikke det er det, ut ifra hvordan det der ut nå.
