Does exactly what you would expect and has slightly better prices than competitors.
Still missing a few features to make it on par with competitors such as restaurant ratings and the ability to contact the driver etc but it's a great start!

I love that Deliver Easy is NZ. The website is so easy to use. Great customer service. I will always choose deliver easy

Very easy to order,no hidden sneaky promises. Discount easy to remember and quickly applied at checkout.
Communication efficient and uncluttered. No extra stops which meant my food was hot an ready to eat. Driver was prompt,friendly and on time.

Delivereasy is reliable and quick and has a good variety of restaurants and stores from which to order.

Everything went smoothly from the time I placed the online order. Delivered way earlier than expected and the driver was wonderful. The order was all there, fresh and wonderful quality and all the family was happy. In comparison to other local delivery services, we do prefer Deliver Easy, because they are just better.

They give clear communication, the few promotions they run are generally worthwhile and the food is more likely to be delivered in the state it is supposed to be in (I've gotten hot sushi and melted chocolate from other services)

The driver was very nice, drove right up to our door so I didn't have to go out at all - especially good given the horrible weather. The order was hot, like it'd just come off the grill, and it was all correct. Thank you for a good experience!

DeliveryEasy is our preferred and go to meal delivery app. The customer service are actually reachable and go above and beyond to help when errors arise. They’ve given us free delivery codes just because our order arrives later than expected!
My only constructive point is that I wish you could pay extra to be guaranteed the first delivery rather than waiting for your food to go cold while they deliver to another customer first :) still choose them over Uber and others every time

Fast delivery. Friendly driver

I have bad experiences two weeks in a row using them through New World express delivery. Today they left all my groceries in the wrong place and I had to make many trips up and down stairs to get them. I left really clear instructions. I get them delivered because I am not meant to lift heavy things. I don't find them very considerate or respectful. Often they are just talking to someone on their airpods the whole time and don't even acknowledge you or listen to you. I would rather avoid deliver easy now. Poor service.

Delivery on time food still hot highly recommend

Fast efficient and very helpful driver. Also needed to contact support about an issue with the order and this was corrected for me immediately. Unbelievable excellent support and driver.

The food from China Beach in Paraparaumu is superb. We got the pack A deal and it was delivered earlier than forecast on the app. Great food, great service, thanks teams!
