After damaging the 6 core cable between my amp & footpedal, I was desperate for a replacement for an upcoming gig - without it, I was "scuppered". After liasing with Designacable and detailing what I needed, they understood exactly - and put it together pretty much the same day - then posted it. I was delighted to have received it after just 48 hours after intitial enquiry. On receipt, I tested it and it does exactly what I needed it to do! Thanks guys - "life savers"

I paid for next day delivery, but the cables have not shown up yet 4 days later. I called and asked what was gong on and the man that answered was rude and wouldn't even give me a chance to explain the problem.

This was a great service and the team dealt with a mistake, of my own making, quickly and efficiently.
The cables (Belden) were good quality although i would mention that the cable markers (red/black) were split on both sets of cable purchased. This was merely cosmetic and the cables sounded great but anyone proudly displaying the cables could be disappointed (mine are hidden from view)
I will definitely be using designacable again for any future upgrades and would recommend the Belden interconnects!
