This was my first time working with a creative director, and to be honest, I was very nervous about giving up control over our vision. Sitara not only understood that but also handled everything with care and consideration. I could tell she observed my initial anxiety and made sure that every step of the process was thoughtful, collaborative, and reassuring. She truly poured herself into the work, ensuring that I received an exceptional final product.

She helped elevate our company’s branding, refining our logo and updating key materials like letterheads, PowerPoint templates, posters, pamphlets, and business cards. What stood out the most was her ability to take my ideas—despite my non-creative background—and translate them into something modern, unique, and deeply reflective of our mission as a psychiatry practice. Every time she presented three options, she went above and beyond by including a bonus mood board, helping me refine my vision with industry trends in mind.

By the time we moved on to our second project, I had complete confidence in her. I saw firsthand how much effort, creativity, and attention to detail she put into her work, and I knew I could trust her to manage our business collateral from afar. She led the entire project, and outside of a few emails and quick comments on the Miro board, I was able to step back and let her work her magic.

I've been working with Designity for a couple of years now (maybe 3?) and I am always super impressed with the quality and quantity of work that they generate. My Creative Director, Matt, is really talented and organized and makes my life generally easier. I've run all sorts of projects through them from 3D animated videos to social media strategy plans to full-scale branding for new products and collections. Everything has been great and I fully believe that Designity is worth every single penny (and I'm on their most expensive plan).

Absolutely amazing company. I am a VP of Marketing and when we hired Designity to originally help our marketing team catch up on some projects. We have worked with them for over six months now and they have done that and more. Our account designer Kensie is so amazing. She has fantastic communication skills, is so patient and really takes the time to understand what we need and what we want the outcome to be. She is fantastic at giving suggestions when we need to brainstorm and is honest about the work and resources it will take to get where we need to go. Pooyan continues to be a phenomenal creative director and a true asset to our team. Strategy and insights are de facto - and in fact are given in spades. Pooyan constantly pushes us to expand our creative horizons and does a great job explaining the "why" behind his recommendations. He has become deeply knowledgeable about the somewhat niche, somewhat narrow space we play in. Pooyan also does a good job selecting the right design talent for each project. He has a good eye for who would be the best fit and has allowed us to maintain the same designer throughout multiple projects, building continuity and expertise.

We are better because of Designity and our team couldn't be more thrilled.

I was wary to make the commitment because of the price tag it was tied to but I needed the help so I made the jump. I am not being hyperbolic when I say this: It has exceeded my expectations and been more than worth the cost. The creative director I was paired with (Shoutout to Simon!!) has kept communication flowing and he/the creative he chose have been absolutely amazing on the projects we've worked on so far. [Also shout out to Joey on the customer service side of things who helped me navigate some issues that came up on the accounting side of things!]

Situation:
We had an absolutely AMAZING experience with our Designity investment. Our creative director, Rich Chapple was so professional in every interaction from our weekly calls to our interim updates. He guided our team of creative professionals to take our vision and turn it into a reality.

Behavior:
Time is our most precious resource and Rich delivered all of our communication at the right time. I really appreciated his availability, and timely responses to my questions while bringing the vision to pass. Rich demonstrated integrity in every project and delivered with excellence. We had tried a few creative solutions that fell flat in the past with poor communication and misalignment. Rich, Joey, & the team at Designity kept us updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Impact:
We now have a unique logo, brand guidelines, presentation decks, and a landing page for our client/partners to engage with us worldwide. As founder & partner, I was able to keep focused on business development while our Designity team did all the creative heavy lifting. This gave me tremendous peace of mind as we received our professional deliverables month after month.

I'm part of a small-ish nonprofit and we came across designity while trying to figure out whether we should continue working with freelancers (cheapest, but poor and varying quality without strategy) or go with an agency ($$$).
