I got a Gothic Men's suit from here. I reach out to them by email before I order it, to make sure I received it in time for my daughter's wedding. They responded to me the very next day. They also insured me that I would receive it in time. So I ordered it. It actually came in early, and oh my goodness. It is everything we wanted and more. It is perfect. We love the style and the material is absolutely amazing. The details in the suite is just incredible. Devil Night definitely did an amazing job. We absolutely love it. Thank y'all so much.

We ordered a dress for my daughter's theatre banquet - so we needed it by a certain date. Shortly after we placed our order I was notified that it was going to be a couple of weeks before it was ready to ship, however they offered to expedite my shipping so that it would arrive to me in the US before the event. I am happy to report it arrived in time and is a beautiful dress.

Very fast shipping, within 2 weeks I received the clothes I ordered. Very good quality and im super happy with it! Would order again! I love their clothes

Unfortunately there is nothing good I can say about this company. Ordered twice, both times a disappointment. This is a drop ship company, and they do not keep stock. They are adding online the collections that are not yet produced, and the time of order fulfillment they state is never true. You will have to wait anything from 2 to 6 months for your order if it even arrives! I decided to give them a try and ordered a pair of trousers and a shirt. The trousers were too small, and I wanted to ship them back for an exchange, but the 'exchange' process is impossible, as you have to ship back to China. Yes, DevilNight is based in China it has nothing to do with UK, so be mindful of that when ordering. The shirt has never arrived, and they gave me a shop credit, which I do not need, as I will never shop with them again. I ended up buying both items in other shop, that is actually based in Europe. Summary: DevilNight is a waste of time and money! P.S. My recommendation for anyone shopping online, check the sellers credentials & tax info & legal address also phone number. This all should be in 'about us' section at the bottom or top of the web shop, and if the info you see there is sketchy or non existent- beware- this is a scam or unreliable drop shippers (you will find no address or phone or any tax info on the DevilNights page, only email, and that is a red flag for all online shoppers)!

Paid for an item that turned out to be out of stock. After some push back they finally agreed to a refund. Almost two months later and multiple requests, I have yet to receive a refund, and will have to go through my card provider. Looking through other reviews it seems like I'm not alone.

I have ordered from devilnight a few times now and each time has been resoundingly pleasant! Dispatch and shipping are swift, and the necktie I ordered this time around is gorgeous! Always happy to deal with them, thanks much ^^

I bought a dark in love dress "Black Vintage Gothic Long Sleeve Lace Appliqued Maxi Dress" (Reference : DW876) and received a very cheap looking dress that didnt even look like in the pictures. Also the arms are way too big for the size. The front piece is just some shiny plastic not at all like in the pics. when i said i want to send the dress back and get a refund it got denied saying it needs to be shipped back to a chinese address which is very expensive and i should just "keep the dress or gift it to somebody or sell it". Dont buy from here.

First off the delivery was as speedy as advertised and the tracking for express delivery was excellent. The clothes themselves look great and I will be a returning customer.

Just received my wedding dress the other day and it's everything I wanted and more! They were great with keeping me updated on the progress and shipping of my dress, too.

Was initially impressed with the range and prices of the stock, I was ordering a dress for my daughter's prom but she was uncertain which style would suit her best. After checking the returns process I went ahead and purchased 2 dresses. The delivery took forever. One dress is too big and the other does not suit or fit correctly. After contacting customer service they advised me to get the dresses altered myself and they would give me a £10 voucher!!
The dresses cannot be altered due to the style and fabric type and are pretty much useless to us. I was told that it would cost more to send the dresses back to China and to check different couriers.
It is literally going to cost more than I paid for the dresses to send them to china!!
They take days to reply to my emails and can't see a resolution.

Dress was ordered and arrived as the correct size and on time. Good quality and good value.

I've ordered many things for many years and this shop is reliable.
Only "negative" experience was when I ordered something for Halloween and it hasn't arrived in time, then I told them about it and they gave me a 10£ voucher.

Order a dress on the 2nd... didnt even get posted out till almost a month later from a Chinese sorting facility. Not even their own place.

Emailed asking about my order to be told shipping was suspended for the week even tho I ordered almost a month prior. Was never told they had their shipping suspended either

And then another message saying something completely different, so they lied

Don't order unless you want to wait 1-2 months to receive anything. Let alone they don't even let you know about such a massive delay

UPDATE: They have since emailed me after leaving this review to try BRIBE me with a free item at random to remove or edit my review into a positive one ... says all you need to know about Devilnight

Dress eventually arrived after a month with the return tag right through the lace which has ripped a couple of holes into the lace. I have no effort to even attempt to send this back and get another....

This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a shirt. Over a week later I got an email stating
"We're sending this email to tell you the package will be shipped out by DHL. However, we're informed by the carrier your shipping address is remote, extra 23 pounds needed to be paid.
Please send the 23 pounds to the paypal account: (their gmail address), and email us the payment screenshot, then the package will be shipped out asap"
I DO NOT live in a rural area and have never had any other company EVER request further funds for shipping (not to mention they wanted $40 more for shipping plus the $20.00 I already paid them for shipping.) I told them I was not willing to pay that much and wanted a refund, they told me they would get back to me. A couple weeks went by and I had to open a complaint with PayPal in order to get my money back. I strongly recommend you don't waste your time or money with this company. Nothing but trouble and a headache.

I have buy 2 items and pay express shipping (3 - 4 working days) today is 7 working days and my order not received. Ridiculous. Never buy again in this shop.

I've bought three separate things from these guys, the first being in 2021. Astonishingly good quality on each item and first rate customer service on each occasion.
