Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. We were not pushed to buy a sofa, just asked if we needed help. Staff were friendly and talked through all payment options and after care prices.

Sales assistant Jessie was lovely . Answered all our questions made buying the sofa a pleasant experience. Sometimes I find some sales assistants to be to over powering but Jessie was realy lovely and made the sale as smooth as possible.

Very helpful Staff .. Leighton served me .. He explained the process of the transaction and also about the care and upkeep of the furniture .. He was polite, friendly and patient when I asked him to explain again the prices.
