DFS Review
Had to go to DFS Basildon to use a Guardsman Insurance claim from a previous purchase.
Darren, the salesman welcomed us we came through the door, told us where the various ranges of furniture and then left us alone until we needed help in making up our minds.
When he joined us during the final decision making he explained the various options available and was most helpful.

New Sofa & Armchair purchase.
As soon as I entered the store. There was staff on hand. For help and assistance and advice. The salesman was extremely helpful to me , advised me on delivery , aftercare , and 5yr care plan. Which I took out. Excellent service. Thank you.

Upon arrival was greeted straight away, and it was very helpful that Asha knew exactly what sofa I had my sights set on, leading us right to the sofa that me and my husband wanted to check out in person. Brilliant customer service experience checking out our order with great ease. So glad we stuck with wanting to get a dfs sofa, as a lot of other furniture stores do not have the colour options or style I was after!

I had a great experience at DFS Furniture. The sales lady was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process.
