There was this lovely lady that helped me out, if im not wrong her name was Priya, she was South Asian. I’m 18 and I was trying to buy a couch for my parents as a surprise and I felt pressure trying to decide on my own. That wasn’t until she approached me with such a beautiful attitude and understanding mentality. She listened and knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me genuine advice like my sisters would. I visited the DFS store several times before deciding to purchase two suites of furniture, and on every visit the customer service was outstanding.

When I finally made my purchase, I was looked after by Orla Walsh at the Mahon Point Shopping Centre store in Cork. She was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I also found the store to be bright, spacious, well organised, and very accessible, making it easy to browse the wide selection of furniture. The complimentary coffee was a lovely touch, especially while taking the time to walk around and consider the different options.

Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend DFS Mahon Point to anyone looking for quality furniture backed by exceptional customer service.
