We visited the Croydon store today & was greeted by a lovely member of your staff. After looking & sitting on a lot of sofas, we chose the first one we saw. Lyn explained all the required information, not rushing & helped us decide on the options available. We purchased our sofa with matching footstool, leaving & feeling happy.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish!
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Hanifah (I hope I spelt it right). She saw me sit down and immediately came to assist me. She was friendly, welcoming and helped me check the colour was correct (eyesight issues lol) having previously seen the same sofa in a different store. She took the time to answer all the questions that I had and made the process very simple and straightforward. I can’t wait for my sofa to arrive and I would highly recommend seeing Hanifah if you visit the DFS store in Croydon. 🥰

Peter helped me & my mum
Peter helped me & my mum, he was very helpful. The sofa we saw in store was priced cheaper than online, he then called the head office to price match the sofa. Gave us a free care kit & got us some discount also. Thank you very much Peter.

Croydon store is full of helpful staff would recommend a visit. Easy to order great price and finance option so easy to arrange. Great product and the delivery was the most simple experience ever! Seamless doesn’t do it justice . They were in and out and installed in a matter of minutes . Policy , professional and friendly. Brilliant ! Moving into a new home and this was the easiest and stress free thing to arrange. Thank you !!!
