Assistant had good knowledge of the product and was clear and conscience regarding options

Jackson was a great help today. The sofa we'd seen online wasn't in store for us to try out but he was able to (within seconds) point us to another that was built in a very similar style so we could at least get an idea. Laid back and not pushy but there with everything we needed when we needed it.

Jackson was very friendly and personable. He went through multiple sofa options to make sure I was happy with what I was going for. He didn’t rush me, which I was grateful for. Discount would have made the review an 11 😂.

Sean the Sales assistant was very strong on his product knowledge but more than that he listened to what I needed and made sure I was aware of all the different options I could consider to meet my needs. He was very attentive but definitely not pushy. I’d recommend dfs to others. Looking forward to receiving my furniture.

The service at DFS Dundee was amazing! We got exactly what we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Amy and Ellie who looked after myself and my Mum when we were purchasing our sofas. Great service!

Staff all very friendly, Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to purchasing a sofa that was designed for family life. She took time to go through everything with us and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything! Can’t wait to receive our new sofas and will recommend dfs to others!

From the minute we walked in the door of D.F.S WE FELT WELCOME. There was no pressure from staff. We walked round store at our leisure, staff showed us to the sofa we were looking for and when we were ready, Amy came to our assistance and told us what we needed to know. Amy also gave us time to make a decision and even to visit other stores in the area. Amy was pleasant and polite, laid out all the options of the furniture we were buying. We were delighted with the purchase and can't wait for delivery.
ELLEN was just as pleasant and polite and very helpful when my daughter decided to buy her furniture.
Well done D.F.S.for employing such pleasant staff.
