Didn't actually go to the shop but ordered a new mattress online, choose a silent night, as I've heard a lot about them,it took about a week to deliver from ordered, happy with my purchase

Met by R in the Guildford store who talked us through all the important bits when we placed our order for one sofa. Very helpful and swift with the service. Not many minutes later we were done and our order was placed. Will go there again in the future to place order for remaining bits that we need, no hesitation.

Josh was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived.
He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products in store and the configurations that could be done.
He wasn't pushy at all and allowed us to have a think, even it is took us 2 hours!
We definitely think Josh is a credit to this show room.
