Very pleasant experience buying a new sofa. The salesman was great - knowledgeable, friendly and not too pushy. The Sofa will be coming in about 6 weeks which seems fine.

We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing a delay with your furniture and we are really sorry to hear you received a parking fine. We understand that delays can be incredibly frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The car parks are independently owned and there should be signposts advising the maximum time of stay. We would advise contacting the parking company directly should you wish to dispute this.
I have taken a look into your order and I am happy to see you're furniture has been delivered and once again please accept our sincerest apologies.

New sofa sorted
Amazing salesman helped me choose my first new sofa in a long time.
Went out of his was to make sure I was happy and everything was right and explain all about all the after care.very excited to have a brand new sofa on order.
Only tiny little negative was all the other add ons that they try push you to have , felt a tiny bit bombarded.
