Exceptional customer service
Great sofa selection and exceptional service. Aga was brilliant — knowledgeable, patient, and very polite during my first visit. Both Aga and Stephen took the time to answer every question and made ordering easy and enjoyable. A thoroughly positive experience, and I’ll definitely return.

John was helpful and very knowledgeable
John was very helpful about the different sofas, helped us with colour and textures. When we chose which one he showed us the features then told us about the care scheme. We then went through the credit over 4years.

John was very helpful following our visit to the Reading store. We chose four items from the Layla range. We discussed delivery, finance, material and extended warranty and placed an order for delivery during October.
