The staff didn’t follow me round like…
The staff didn’t follow me round like sharks and left me to make my own decision but were ready to help me with any questions.
They walked me through the process of buying a sofa clearly and didn’t try and push extras on me.

Lovely young lady named AGA ,helped us to find the right sofa & chairs for us .She gave us water ,(very hot day ) & made sure we were sure with our choices. She is an excellent customer service provider.

The service was great and the staff were helpful, they explained everything that we wanted to hear, gave advantages and disadvatages of the furniture that we saw and the choice made at the end was the best.

Excellent service at DFS Reading
Excellent service at DFS Reading. The lady was very efficient. Asked if we needed help and let us look around and decide on our own. When a sofa was chosen she dealt with the sale very quickly and was very helpful.

From the moment we walked into the shop the staff were very polite and helpful. They gave us the information we needed about the sofas we wanted to purchase and made the whole experience easy. Will definitely purchase from DFS again.
