DGCOS are powerless to help, don’t believe the hype.
So DGCOS tried to help but do not be fooled by the paperwork and promises you might get from your supplier. Well within my 10 year product warranty by equipment failed, the supplier blamed salt corrosion but were happy to install them in this environment and are a local company based on the south coast. My equipment from other suppliers that was installed before the faulty equipment is all fine. The supplier will not budge, DCGOS have no power or influence whatsoever. Their communication was always prompt, polite and efficient but they are powerless - think wet tissue in a thunderstorm.

Very professional and efficient company to work with. They are very on top of communication. The whole issue was reported , inspected and resolved in a short amount of time .
