I travelled alone from Valencia via London to Bangkok from 15/3/26 to 16/3/26 staying in a hotel in Spain and overnight in London
DialAFlight Kylie Budinger was unbelievably good
She arranged this complex trip including hotels flights and assistance all the way during the US Iran war rerouting away from Middle East via London and direct to Bangkok with Thai Airways
Everything worked perfectly

Roger at DialAFlight has looked after us now for several years. He has organised flights and transport to parts of Africa and Europe - most recently to Denmark. Argentina is being organised currently. He always finds the best deal with varying options. I don’t think I will ever organise another flight! Why would I when I have DialAFlight and Roger!!

I contacted Dial a Flight on 28-2-26 . I was due to to to Australia to see my daughter for my 70th. The situation in the Middle East had just started . I was flying Emirates.
I spoke to Colin Barlow, who was just amazing he made a difficult, stressful situation manageable. He secured a flight with Air Malaysia, making sure I would not loose money from Emirates. He worked so hard and was in contact right up to getting Boarding passes. Air Malaysia were excellent and he emailed before I came back, reassuring me the flight back was ok. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and hard work.I have told all my friends about Dial a Flight. Thankyou

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Booked hotels, transfers and flights as we wanted. Answered our questions. Great value especially compared to big name travel companies. We had a wonderful trip to Thailand and so grateful to Peter and Harvey who put together a great itinerary.

Straight-talking and helpful staff who were good at meeting my needs, which involved coordinating flights from London and Berlin to Manila via Istanbul. Perhaps not the most complex task, but I felt comfortable and confident putting the task of folk who helped to organise a memorable trip to Australia in 2019.

From start to finish Lee Coughtrey was exceptional in the way he dealt with my booking. Everything I asked for was put in place ,he was always available to talk to on the phone and made the whole booking experience very easy. I will certainly use DialAFlight again.

The whole booking experience was quick and efficient. Helping to find the right destination (both with regards to country and resort) took personal preferences and budget into account.

My travel agent Dexter at DialaFlight was very helpful when there was a problem with the hotel booking. They organised a refund immediately and also helped with online check-in.

Having this team behind me as a solo traveller meant I had a relaxing holiday at one of the most beautiful and unspoilt Caribbean islands I have ever been to.

I recently travelled to New York and it was hassle-free! Peter scheduled my flights to reduce the effects of jet-lag and it worked really well. Guy Foskin is a superstar, he recommended and booked us 2 Hotels ( 1st) in Hawaiii which was fabulous, central to shops / entertainment and yards away from the Beach, the (2nd) Hotel was very convenient for the Airport and had the bonus of a free shuttle service to and from the Airport. Guy booked our seats checked checked everything was ok before departure. His Customer Service Skills are excellent and he is an Asset to your Company. We would highly recommend him and Dial a Flight to anyone travelling in the future .

Returned recently from an extended trip organised by my go to travel advisor of many years Roray at Dialaflight concierge. We were caught up in the Middle East situation and concerned by the many stories from people at the hotel who were unable to get return flights back to the UK or were offered 25 hour flights to get back after being forced to extend stays at hotels at their own cost.Fortunately we had Roray from Dialaflight in our corner who calmly and professionally managed our return flights with an alternative carrier at no extra cost, no extra time at the hotel and the same flight time as the original flight.Roray demonstrated the benefits of dealing with a reputable and experienced company where you really feel in safe hands, I can’t think of any situation where I would use anyone else

My friend and I went to Sri Lanka for 3 weeks in February and I was there for 8 weeks due to the Middle East war ! Thank goodness we had booked through Dial A Flight , Dear Noah has always booked my flights , he is efficient, charming and very patient , but this time he was quite invaluable, he rang every day as our flights were cancelled time and time again. When my friend eventually got away , her new flights were cancelled twice whilst at the airport. He guided her through, rebooking her each time the flight was cancelled . He was completely wonderful.

Travelling through Dubai at this politically difficult time was always going to be a challenge. But Theo from dial a flight, was always available as a real person to guide us through and to reassure us about any misgivings that I had. Speaking rather than txt was so valuable. Without Theo I would have cancelled the trip I’d planned for more than six months, therefore disappointing 3 grandchildren who were reuniting after nearly 2 years.
