Exercise caution before ordering. I placed an order on February 4th with a 3-4 week delivery time and I’m still waiting (March 20th). More worryingly, there is a glitch on the website that caused the metal I selected for the earrings to be switched at their side from platinum to silver. I only noticed this by accident. I had to wait for the order to be corrected and was given a guarantee that the issue would be resolved within one week. They failed to honour this guarantee and I’m still waiting.

The ring itself. Much nicer than I expected.

However.

The customer service. Diabolical

I asked for measurements of thickness.
They sent wrong measurements. And then sent me a patronising email when I questioned it.

I was told if the ring didn’t fit. I could return or exchange.

Guess what.
As soon as I opened that conversation.
No one replied.

4 emails.
Nothing.

My lawyer is drafting a letter currently.
Maybe. They’ll respond to that.

Not good enough diamond heaven.

Fantastic experience with Hannah at Princes Square, Glasgow!! Feeling pretty fed up and frustrated after looking at wedding rings all day with no joy in Argyll Arcade, we tried Diamond Heaven as a final attempt. Hannah took the time to chat with us and listen to my frustration's and answered any questions I had without forcing a sale. Although I didn’t pick up a wedding band, my fiancée chose his wedding ring and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks Hannah for turning our day around.

Our first visit to the Liverpool store was on the 23rd of December at around 16:00 and we were served by Rhiannon. We thought we already had a clear idea of what we were looking for, but wanted to try on a few rings to be sure about the size and style.

At a time when many people would have been rushing customers out the door to start their Christmas break, Rhiannon did the exact opposite. She made us feel completely comfortable, took the time to listen to what we wanted, and guided us patiently through the process of designing the perfect ring.

Using her expert knowledge and experience, she helped us create something truly special — and interestingly, it turned out to be nothing like the ring we originally thought we wanted. She must have shown us every diamond cut imaginable, along with a huge range of styles and settings, helping us explore all the possibilities.

Once we had decided on the final design, Rhiannon helped us select an absolutely amazing diamond and made sure the ring was crafted exactly as we had discussed. When I finally saw it, I was so happy I nearly cried.

The whole experience felt incredibly personal. Throughout the process, Rhiannon felt more like a trusted friend giving honest advice, rather than someone simply trying to make a sale.

Thank you so much, Rhiannon. A big part of what makes this ring so special is the wonderful experience you gave us from beginning to end. I truly couldn’t have asked for more.

Bought a ring from their Manchester store with the help of Vanessa who was absolutely first class and went out of her way to ensure I got the best deal for my budget.
She spent a lot time going through the various options with me to make sure I got what I wanted.

We visited the store to choose a diamond engagement ring and had a great experience. Caterina was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, helping us understand the different options without any pressure. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and we found the perfect ring. The ease of booking an appointment a the welcome that I was given by Coral that made me feel important.
The quite room tat we sat in while I explained what I was looking for to the final decision made was so relaxed on collecting ring my wife accompanied me and she wanted to replace her yellow gold wedding ring to a white gold and after explains the pros and cons this was replaced with Platinum one ,we would both highly recommend Diamond Heaven to all our family and friends without hesitation.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Diamond Heaven when purchasing my engagement ring.

The ring was purchased in December after I was assured by the sales team that certain bespoke embossing could be added to the design. This feature was a key reason I agreed to proceed with the purchase. However, later in the process I was told that this embossing was never offered and that there were no notes on the system reflecting my request. This completely contradicts what I was told during the sale and feels like false sales tactics used to secure the purchase.

Communication throughout the process was also extremely poor. When it came to reviewing the CAD design, emails frequently went unanswered and I had to repeatedly chase for updates. For something as important and personal as an engagement ring, this level of communication was incredibly frustrating and stressful.

I was originally promised the ring would be completed in January, yet it was not finished until March. The delay appeared to be largely due to the lack of communication and organisation on their side. To make matters worse, the company never acknowledged any fault or took responsibility for the issues that occurred.

This should have been a special and memorable experience, but unfortunately the entire process ended up being very disappointing and stressful. Buying an engagement ring is meant to be exciting, yet this experience genuinely ruined what should have been a joyful moment.

Overall, this is a serious customer service and sales issue, not a customer misunderstanding. I cannot recommend Diamond Heaven based on my experience and would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from them.

Phoebe was excellent from the moment we stepped into the store. Both with her lovely manner, helpful attitude and great information. We were well looked after throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The team were all very helpful, following losing an earring several years ago, and we spotting a similar earring on Diamond Heaven’s website. Following a visit to the store Gene and all organised a replica earring to be made, and now I have a perfect pair of earrings. Complete with a valuation for future reference. I bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend from the Liverpool branch of Diamond Heaven. Sally looked after me really well and she talked me through the whole process and was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She was very prompt in communication over email and telephone, and she gave excellent advice when I had questions.

I would thoroughly recommend shopping at the Liverpool branch of Diamond Heaven. It is extremely conveniently located in the city centre. The diamond rings they offer are fantastic value. They are significantly cheaper than similar stores and the quality is top notch. 10/10.

I seen a beautiful eternity ring in the window that I loved at diamond heaven Jeweller’s in Liverpool. I went into the store and the sales assistant was so friendly and helpful. I explained to the lady that it was a present for my birthday. The ring was a size to small so the lady explained to me that it can be made to my size no problem. I was made to feel really comfortable while in the store. I purchased the ring and asked for it to be made to my size. I was informed it would take a week for this to be done. I agreed and the lady explained everything to me. I thought that the sales assistant was lovely and chatted to me about my day. I then went back a week later to pick up my ring, I am delighted with it, and would highly recommend diamond heaven. Thanks so much to the lovely lady that served me 🥰

We would like to say what wonderful experience we received in Diamond Heaven and we can't thank Lilyann enough for the brilliant service she gave us throughout the whole process. From the moment we arrived she was very knowledgeable and generally invested in making sure we found the exact wedding bands for our special day. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for a nice classic piece of jewellery.
