Dice and Decks are by far the most customer friendly service out there for tabletop games.

The level of service is outstanding for the size of the team and issues are handled far better than other companies.

Awful never again, the customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered from this company in December got 2 parts out of 3 in my order waited nearly 3 months to be constantly told part 2 is out of stock but he expects it in soon got tired of waiting and got a partial refund and ordered the rest of my game from a better company.

Website is great and easy to use and Martin responded swiftly to my queries. Products arrived in great packaging and in a timely manner! Will happily recommend to friends and family.

Easy to pay, quick delivery. The shop has lots to offer and excellent products at premium prices. I used to shop at two other online outlets but have now changed to staying exclusive with DandD because of their low prices 😀

Placed an order in October, but it didn't arrive. After repeated phone calls, managed to speak to someone in November, who then stated he'd send out a replacement order. This too didn't arrive, so in January I requested a refund, as by this time the first printing was no longer available. The shop stated that these failures were the fault of the courier, but if so, these are the only times that particular courier has failed to deliver to me.

Awful- never again!
Such a shame, as was very excited about finding another board game company to buy from. Yes prices are great and in competition with others.

However the service I received was atrocious
My order was made on the 1st of feb, I was initially told it would be with me by the 5th (sufficient time bearing in mind they charge for delivery), however once sent I was then informed the delivery would be the 9th, ok fair enough, the 9th past and after numerous emails I only heard back on the 14th- ridiculous

Now fair enough, it is not there fault that the delivery service they use had messed up but not getting back to me and me having to bombard them when there was clearly an issue is a joke.

Refund in progress - probably be another 2 weeks before I can get a response!

Never ever turned up and original postage tracking never updated

Literally went back to my usual store , ordered and dispatched within 3 hours and I know it will be here in 2 days max!

Just treat your customers right and they will come back! Treat them like Sh**TE and say goodnight!
