The order placed 16 September 2022 still not received until today 26 January 2024

Tried ordering their Boost product from them through the website, but never received an order confirmation email. I emailed them 3 times, called two different numbers for them (both are disconnected)... nothing. Not sure why they have an active order form online if they're no longer monitoring the site. The product is great, which is why I attempted to contact them. I had to dispute the charge since nothing was received. I would rather have the product though...

I purchased 2 items from dietspotlight and after almost 2 months, still have not received the purchased items.
Good luck getting in contact with this company. Despite leaving 3 messages and sending 3 emails, no response. I had to file fraudulent charges on my payment. I do not recommend using this site!

This is such a scam. I tried 3x to cancel my order but it continues to arrive and I keep being billed. Now I will have to cancel my credit card and that will stop it. What a pain. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!!!!

I have made several attempts to reach customer service to cancel my recurring order for product. Waiting on hold until my only option is to leave a message and a rep will call back when available. This never happens. I tried sending a message through "Contact us" and still no response.

I bought Boost to help my husband feel better. It does help a little but not how I wanted it to. When I called, the rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to take care of my needs without any issues. I appreciate them working with me.

I’m rating 3 stars because it’s coming up to 3 months Aug 28th and I really haven’t loss any weight I fluctuate 1-2 lbs but that’s it. If I’m being honest I haven’t done much else besides taking the pills so of course this is my fault. I decided to try after an extensive talk with Roger Moore who was very supportive and helpful. I’m not going to request a refund since I’m still within 90 days I’m going to continue taking the pills but add the exercise and eating balance meals and see what happens, thanks.

This product is amazing. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It curbs your appetite, kills the cravings to snack with no jitters or side effects. I've lost 11 pounds in less than one month.

I have been using Burn TS for a couple of months. It has been a good supplement to help raise my metabolism and curb my appetite. I have lost about pounds total and working on 10 lbs total. I am continuing the use and increasing my exercise. Thank Diet Spotlight.

I ordered the trial, cancelled then got charged. Roger refunded me which is what I was looking for. Great customer service experience! Thanks!

If I could rate this no stars I would. Did the 2 week trial. Was unaware of the charge that hits you if you don't cancel in time. You call them and their unsympathetic. First off your product doesn't work. Second your company just wants a way to steal people's money, by putting up fake reviews. So people believe that your product works! Don't believe anything you read on the website or any where else. Also lastly I noticed only two people work in the customer service department based on the reviews I saw. I say that's rather suspicious as well.

Being older it’s pretty hard to lose weight. I needed a little motivation. I needed to find a product that would work. I found one Diet Spotlight and sent away for a Sample. I have only been on this for a few weeks and Wow it Works It Suppresses my Appetite which controls my portion. I’m not jittery no problem sleeping. And the Customer service is Great and to My Coach Kevin Thank you. Your Awsome. Yes you actually have Someone who helps build a plan and gives you tips for Success.

I called to cancel my two week trial subscription before it auto renewed. The customer service rep assured me he would take care of it. He did not. I called back an hour later and spoke to roger, who took care of my request within a matter of minutes. He even waited on the line to make sure I received the cancellation email. Great customer service from Roger. Thank you

I bought this product for my daughter when she moved back to live with me. At the time she lived with mom for high school and was up to 250 lbs. I could not let her live that way. When the products name was lepitgen it helped my daughter to get down to 200 lbs. really in not that long of time. Today again I placed another order to help my daughter trim up so she can get to her dream of being a deputy sheriff. She will have her law degree in 2020. But the most important is having Kevin who helped me out today. I live on a very tight budget and can't always make a purchase when I would like to. As I found out this company will do the best they can to help you make your purchase and I thank them very much. Its helped my daughter live a much healthier life and I'm thankful. Thank you Kevin for all your help.

Roger was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. He listened to my issue and suggested a solution. He is definitely an asset to Dietspotlight.
