j'ai donné ma carte pour un abonnement à l'essai a Avast antivirus le 03/04/2026 à 18h28. Ma période d'essai se termine le 02/06/2026; J'ai essayé par tou les moyens (mon compte Avast, message a Digital river,etc) et impossible d'obtenir l'arrêt de mon essai. Aucun interlocuteur pour m'aider. Si mon compte est débité le 03/06/2026, je déposerai plainte pour escroquerie.

Mi hanno addebitato 72.99 per un abbonamento mai sottoscritto tramite PayPal.
Impossibile ottenere rimborso in quanto mi avevano già fatto un precedente addebito che io distrattamente non avevo notato.
Si tratta di pagamento"automatico" da me MAI ATTIVATO.
Contatterò polizia postale sperando che questi LADRI vengano trattati come meritano.

Analogamente a tanti altri utenti. NON riesco a contattarli e Paypall NON fa nulla per aiutarti. Ho accettato un rinnovo di un servizio che pensavo chiuso ma ho tentato tante volte sia scrivendo a Paypall che a Digital River che non voglio più vedermi rinnovato un servizio che non uso. Se mi vedrò nuovamente presi da PayPall i soldi al falso rinnovo informerò gli organi competenti

These people tired to take £84.99 out of my paypal account without any authorisation lucky it got stopped as I had not yet changed my address and they was unable to take the money. This is not acceptable.

I’d give zero stars if I could, they ’ve been holding our revenue from products sold on using their platform since July 2024 and never paid us a cent. Then they had the nerve to shut down our account without warning, there is absolutely no way to contact support.

Vor drei Jahren Avast und noch zwei weitere Zugänge abonniert, nach einem Jahr versucht, alle zu kündigen…Unmöglich, x Mails etc., wird mir heute noch über Paypal belastet, obwohl dort automatische Belastung storniert.

I know this company is bankrupt and now defunct. But months before bankruptcy they refused to pay us our revenue from products sold on their MyCommerce platform even after nearly 20 years of a business relationship with them. They then shut down our web store weeks before their closure with no warning and made us waste our time involving our legal and finance departments as they knew full well they were going out of business and had no intention of ever paying us. In the 1.5 months our web store was down, we had to scramble to create a new web store with Cleverbridge while having to give our products away for free to customers needing them. Shameful acts of an unscrupulous business that screwed us over after nearly two decades of partnership. I feel bad for the employees that got laid off in the end but if they were at all complicit with this unscrupulous behavior then it doesn't reflect well on them and their values and professionality.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They are nothing but bullies with ZERO regard for the law. Even when you provide clear legal proof that backs your claim—and even when Lenovo itself agrees—this company blatantly ignores it and tells you to "contact the manufacturer."

The manufacturer wants to help but can’t because the order was placed through Digital River, the actual seller. Yet Digital River keeps pushing you back to the manufacturer, while Lenovo is left wondering how they’re supposed to assist when they have NO record of the purchase.

To make things worse, this company is run by people hiding behind fake Western names like "Daniel" or "Joel" while doing everything they can to reroute, deny, and frustrate customers instead of actually solving problems.

FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, STAY FAR AWAY! You’ll thank me later.

Betrügerisches und erpresserisches Unternehmen. Sowohl Endkunden als auch anbietende Firmen bekommen keine Leistungen bzw. Geld.

This company stole my money also. They charged me for an auto-pay subscription (which I was assured was cancelled.) The amount was Two times what I had payed for nearly 10 years, when the subscription was handled by the Best Buy Geek Squad. Also was charged 11 days before the normal expiration date. They used PayPal, which I have NEVER used for recurring payments on anything. I have been battling this for over a month now. This company needs to be shut down for its business practices.

Man kann die Hotline nicht kontaktieren und wenn man auf der Homepage sich einloggen will, geht gar nichts, weil immer die Meldung kommt, die E-Mail-Adresse sei falsch, was schlicht nicht stimmt.
