Extremely Negative !!! MyCommerce Digital River
I want to warn everyone who is considering working with MyCommerce Digital River, a company based in the USA with offices in Europe, including Germany. Since the summer of 2024, serious issues have arisen, and the situation continues to deteriorate month by month.
The company fails to pay authors their earnings, which often amount to tens of thousands of euros or dollars. Personally, they owe me around €2,000 for the past six months, but they have yet to pay me a single cent. Numerous attempts to resolve this have led nowhere — only empty promises and endless delays.
As others have already mentioned in their reviews, the company forces authors to use so-called "support portals" to communicate with their staff. However, these so-called "staff members" are most likely automated bots, not real people. Their responses are meaningless, unhelpful, and provide no resolution. The entire process is intentionally dragged out for 1–2 months, during which authors are forced to pay €1,000–€1,500 for supposed "assistance."
I have worked with this company for over 15 years, but I absolutely cannot recommend them anymore. They are rapidly heading toward bankruptcy, firing many skilled employees, and their current practices are outright theft.
MyCommerce Digital River:
- Steals money from authors.
- Fails to assist customers with even the simplest issues.
- Pretends to offer support - while charging outrageous fees for useless services.
- Completely disregards their partners and contributors.
This company can no longer be trusted. If you value your money, time, and reputation, do not registerwith them or engage in any business. They are dishonest, steal money, and are driving their operations into the ground. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from MyCommerce Digital River.

Mehrfach über Digital River Plattform mein trendmicro Abo (rechtzeitig) gekündigt. Wird trotzdem wieder abgebucht.
They stole my money
I have canceled my account because of the outrageous fees and the unpaid sales proceeds. I received 2 emails on December 11th, 24 with the notification that the money would be transferred. No money received to date. I have just found out that my account has been blocked because supposedly no mail could be delivered to me. In total, these crooks stole €420 from me.

Je prends l'option de garantie supplémentaire d'un an de plus à 20,30€
Total du panier 1369,30€ !!!
Je clique pour procéder au paiement, je choisis l'option Bancontact...
Et je paye...
Les sous sont débité instantanément.
Au même instant, je reçois immédiatement un mail qui dit...
"Commande annulée"
Sans la moindre explication !
Mais les 1369,30€ sont envolés !!!!!!
Nous sommes le 7 janvier 2025 soit 15 jours après la commande en ligne...
J'ai envoyé des tas de mails auX différenteS adresseS trouvée sur le store Asus...
Et même directement des mails à Digital River...
R I E N !
Ils me mènent en bateau !
Prétextant un bug et un remboursement sous 5 jours ouvrables...
Puis se renvoient la balle l'un l'autre...
Et derniers mail, ils ont le culot de me demander mon numéro de carte de banque, mon numéro de compte, le Bic, mon adresse, le nom de ma banque et l'adresse de celle-ci...
Je devrais peut-être directement leur envoyer ma carte et le code secret peut-être ?!?!?!?!
Je commande sur le site officiel de ASUS croyant à un meilleur service que sur les sites habituels du style Amazon ou autres...
Mais qu'est-ce que c'est que ce bordel ?!
Du VOL ni plus ni moins !!!
Cet ordinateur était LE cadeau de Noël de ma Fille qui commence ses études de médecine à l'Université...
Non seulement je n'avais pas son cadeau de Noël.... mais en plus ils m'ont voler 1369,30€ que j'ai mis un an à épargner !
Et je n'ai plus de quoi acheter un autre ordinateur bien sûr !!!
C'est dégoûtant, c'est hallucinant de la part d'une marque renommé comme Asus !
J'ai imprimé les mails et les captures d'écran !

J'ai reçu le remboursement intégral de la somme !!!
Après un appel téléphonique chez Asus, ceux-ci m'avait confirmé que c'était une arnaque, et que le numéro de bon de commande que j'avais ne correspondait en rien à leurs numéros...
Alors que je n'espérait plus...
J'ai eu l'immense joie de revoir mon argent revenir à la maison !
Je ne sais pas si c'est à cause de CE commentaires qu'ils ont fait cela...
OU autre...
J'avais rdv sans 2 jours à la Police pour déposer une plainte et la transmettre à ma Banque dans l'espoir qu'ils prennent en charge le préjudice subi...
Tout est bien qui finit bien...
N'empêche, qu'il vaut beaucoup mieux passer par un achat en boutique pour de pareilles sommes...

Ein ehemaliger Bitdefender Nutzer: Habe mein ABO Bitdefender Total Security Mitte November bei Bitdefender gekündigt. Jetzt hat mir unaufgefordert Digital Rivers einen Verlängerungsvertrag zugestellt, den ich nie bestellt habe. Digital Rivers ist auf Tauchstation gegangen, Reklamationen werden nicht beantwortet. Hände weg von dieser Firma.
Seit Sommer 2024 - Gauner!
Wir sind Softwareentwickler und haben über Jahre hinweg mit MyCommerce zusammengearbeitet, bis August 2024. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt hat die Firma jedoch keine Auszahlungen mehr an uns vorgenommen, obwohl sie weiterhin Zahlungen von Endkunden für unsere Software erhalten hat. Auf unsere Nachfrage, wo unser Geld bleibt, hat uns MyCommerce zusätzliche Formulare geschickt. Nachdem wir diese eingereicht hatten, teilte man uns mit, dass wir der Firma 800 Euro schulden – angeblich für die Bearbeitung der Formulare und die Wiederherstellung des Zahlungsprozesses.

Same here - they are holding and stealing my vendor revenue. Nothing paid since July 24, sending me made up support invoices to consume what is currently owed by them, and told to wait 180 days. I'll bet the company will be dissolved by then.
Stay away
Stay away. Stay away. As a satisfied user for many years, they suddenly start taking all your proceeds, disguising it as a "platform fee" or "client support fee". I closed my account per 1 November, while they still had all my proceeds for September and October. Then, for November and December, almost 700EUR charged for no service and no support.
This is simply appalling, and someone should take them to court. As a small business, I don't have the resources.

This case is really silly, I do not understand how you can seriously ask me to cancel my claim with PayPal.
To summarize and repeat. I ordered a hardware with you for an immediate payment of 33 Euro on Nov 28. I pay and get an order confirmation, no more. Upon my support request 10 days later, you tell me you are sorry for the delay. No more. No infos, no shipment, nothing. I open my case with PayPal 14 days post order. Nothing happens. 8 days later you lie to PayPal stating the shipment has arrived, supplying fake data to PayPal making them close the case and inform me that you have delivered, which you have not. No ducking communication on your to me again, NOTHING. I reopen the case. YOU CONTACT ME AGAIN WITH NO INFORMATION AT ALL, instead now stating the order status is "in discussion". I let you now my frustration and what do you do? You ask me to close the case with PayPal! Are you kidding me?!

Ich habe vor 14 Jahren mit Digital River einen Vertrag abgeschlossen, lief damals sehr gut. Dann wurde mein Account auf die Tochterfirma share-it und später auf mycommerce übertragen. Jedesmal wurde das Handling schlechter. Anfang letzten Jahres begannen immer mehr große Probleme und es gingen viele Abonnements verloren, leider haben wir trotzdem weiter gemacht, nun werden seit Monaten keine Gelder mehr ausgezahlt und sehr viele laufende Abonnements wurden gekündigt. Eine komplette Kündigung wurde nicht bestätigt, es kommt auf keine Mail oder Posting im internen System eine Antwort

This company is not paying their publishers since July 2024. When I asked explanations, they gave evasive answers and charged me Euro 218.55 as client support fee, although I asked help for something that is exclusively a their failure. There are lot of publishers in the same situation, it is enough to make a very simple search.

We have used their service for many years to collect credit card payments from our customers purchasing software online.
They have stolen our money and have not paid us since June 2024. Several times they wrote that they unilaterally changed terms of the contract, adding ridiculous fees for support that we have never used for anything else than solve their mistakes.
Several times they wrote us that money was transferred to us, but never anything arrived.
They are plain thieves and scammers. We will participate in a class action suit against these criminals. We hope that the responsible individuals, in particular new owner Barry Kasoff will be held personally accountable.
