Finally received all my gold. Great customer service from Gary, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I have now made three purchases from DB. Each time my purchase was managed by James Green and each time from my placing an order to the delivery of my order everything went off as smooth as silk.

After a shaky start and lots of promises, I got my gold order. I was worried I had been scammed, but Sean put my mind at ease and all worked out okay, will try again with next order.

I ordered gold bullion coins on 19/09 and I did not received it till 6 weeks later on 31/10/2025. As what’s matter is how company delivers on promises, I must say that Garry Tuohy restored my confidence in Direct Bullion with his actions and apology on behalf on the company with his professionalism. Therefore I am glad to change my review and hope for future dealings.

As a new gold investor Max has been a great help. From putting time in up front to discuss what type of gold would work best for me and my investment needs to walk me through the process of purchasing and stepson the gold, Max has offered great advice and the time for me to get comfortable. Max is a credit to Direct Bullion and I’m keen to grow my allocation further into the future with his guidance.

I dealt with Dennis Williams and a John Donovan. Order arrived albeit three weeks after payment for which I received an apology.

I purchased quite a few gold coins from this company back in 2023. The purchasing experience wasn't brilliant, pay up front then have to chase for delivery, but at least they did turn up.

Wind on to 6th September this year when we wanted to sell a couple of coins for a purchase.

Told to send an email, 3 days later no response. Put in a chase, finally got a call from the person who sold to us to say "a lot of people are selling that's why it's taking so long". Couldn't tell me when I'd get a response.

Coming up to end of week 2 with no response, chased again and threatened to add reviews to Trustpilot, and got a response.

Due to the amount of time taken, decided to sell ALL our coins, and told DB what price I thought was fair based on their web prices. They offered less, but we decided to accept the price.

Next debacle, we had to deliver to their vault in Middlesex, so drove down on the 26th September. Sat in a room with CCTV where a representative opened and checked what we'd delivered then gave us a receipt.

29th chased DB o see when the funds would be transferred, made an excuse that they weren't expecting all coins, so would take longer, even though I sent them the email where they had quoted us for all coins.

Chased the end of the week but after 2pm and nobody available, no payment. Chased on Monday 6th October told a CHEQUE (no transfer) would be delivered by Thursday 9th October.

Cheque's arrived Thursday, wrong amount (£1,800 short), and one cheque dated 2024. Chased and told cheques had to be destroyed (even though one was correct) and they would send 2 more, which finally arrived next day Friday 10th October.

Money finally hit our account on Tuesday 14th October, so just short of 6 weeks from the point we asked.

I'll let people make up their own mind as to whether they should deal with this company, but I won't be again.

I have now been involved with direct bullion for 6 months,and buying different batches of coins,best move I ever made,especially dealing with Chris Boudidit,otherwise known as the man with the golden tongue,Chris's knowlege of gold investment is second to none,and has upgraded my latest investment from MS68 and MS69 to MS70,at no extra cost,seeing as i'me a regular investor now,nice touch Chris🤝here's to the next transaction,BTW,to any prospective investor,good things come to those who wait,delivery can take up to 6 weeks,due to high demand,afterall the Investment is long term,5 to 10 years,so be patient,its well worth the wait👌.
