Unbelievable Incompetence

New gas boiler arrived on time on the morning of the 07/11/22 but engineer did not. After a phone call by my wife to get an answer no return call. My wife called again on the 8th and got told a lovely story about why the engineer did not turn up and was told another engineer would be out on the 10th. Finally a new boiler installed. Why did we have to phone in the first place. Why were we not called about the problem. Yours Richard Taylor
