I used this product to clone my C drive over to a new SDD and it worked perfectly as advertised. NO loss of data and everything worked without any problems. I went from an older 300 gb drive that was very slow (8 min to boot win 10) to a much faster 500 gb SSD. The process took about 1 hr 20 min. But when it was done everything worked perfectly. (30 sec boot time now) I would definitely recommend this product.

for a simple task of moving OS drive from SSD to M.2 : it works. even on windows 11. The new drive booted ok.
I didn't have to pay them (which was my biggest fear).

If you are looking for a solution that handles uefi, secure boot and shit: look no further! Does it's job where competitors fail!

I cannot express how good this software is. I have been searching for a free way to copy my old ssd to my new ssd and this was the perfect solution. It was very quick and so easy to do, I had been searching for hours and finally found this wonderful website to do the job.

Similar bad experience as others have had. A big waste of time. Do not buy this software. Took a long time to scan (24+ plus hours), was not able to restore the original folder structure or original file names. Found thousands of files, assigned random names (only identified file type). Was unable to open any files their software found using their software or the original application (excel, word, etc...). Used dmde.com software instead, scan took minutes and found and recovered all files with original folders with original file names. When I asked for a refund, they had me send numerous screenshots to prove the software did not work. Still no refund after concrete proof provided that their software did not work when other software works perfect. They offered to screenshare to solve the problem. They don't get it. I have no problem since I already recovered the files I needed using other software. I don't have time for their bullshit. A reputable company would admit defeat and refund the customer. Not this one. Stay away from DiskGenius!

Hyvin toimi ilmainen versio käyttiksen kloonaamisessa, 220gb win 11 h24h2 versio siirtyi ongelmitta alle 10 minuutissa sata ssd levyltä NVMe m2 levylle, maksuton ohjelma josta parempi kokemus kuin partition wizardin maksullisesta. tokihan arvosteluissa on eriäviä mielipiteitä mutta aikani tuossa kloonauksessa se toimi täydellisesti ja nopeasti (kannatais muutenki lukea aina mitä ehtoja softilla on niin ei tarvitse vinkua myöhemmin arvosteluissa kun joku ominaisuus paljastuukin maksulliseksi)

Absolute scum. They have a 30day money back guarantee but it was a ton of caveats. Like they know they are scamming you. Purchased there product and it kept freezing my computer then crashing it. They want screen shoots to troubleshoot. Like what your problem keeps messing with my PC one of the things they say they give a refund if you have technical issues. But then there are steps to prove that. Absolutely a scum company. I’m sure there product works great for others but my experience is they are a scam and it’s basically worthless unless you are just migrating your OS.

I used "disk genius" to clone my boot drive (to a larger drive). the operation seemed to complete just fine (no error msgs and after finished, I could see all the files on the target drive), but my desktop would still boot to my 'old' (source) drive.
when I changed the boot sequence to my 'new' (target) drive, I'd get an error msg "failed to load (or start)...", so I contacted tech support (via email).
they instructed me to provide certain info, which I did.
then, when I didn't hear back from them for several days, I sent another email, inquiring, and got the following response: "If you can't boot your computer from the device you want to boot from, you can use Google to troubleshoot the problem."
'nuf said?

I used the free version. I didn't need any data recovery, But it repeared my disc without any paywalls or adds!

I purchased this software about a yr ago to attempt to recover files from a number of hard drives that were maliciously partitioned, and formatted in many different OS formats.
I purchased the standard edition and scanned a few of my drives. The software was able to recover photos and videos fairly well. Zip files and PDF files were not recovered.
The laptop that I was using the software on was compromised by the person who had erased all my hard drives and I ended up having to buy a new one. When I tried to install the software on the new laptop it was a no go, the software told me that I could not activate on my new laptop.
I contacted the company and asked them why I couldn’t install it on the new one and I explained to them that the computer had been hacked and I could no longer use it. They suggested i purchase a family package for $300 that would allow me to install on more than one computer and would offer a 30% discount.
I was told that because I changed my laptop ( bought a new one ) the license code became invalid. I could not find any info on the website addressing this.
So now I can only use the free version because the $70 I spent for the standard version no longer works but I can buy the family package for $300 minus 30%.
Does not sound like a great deal to me

I'm using DiskGenius software for years and I'm very satisfied.

Most of the important functions are completely free and only few professional features are in paid version.

After years of using free version I have decided to support developer by buying of the licence. Activation of the license went well.

I have used disk genius on 3 different Windows PCs to create a clone of the system disk. It is easy to install and simple to use if you follow their instructions. I used it for HDD to HDD and HDD to SSD copies with great results. I tried other 'free' apps but they were very hard to use and often failed. I can't speak to other functions but for a simple clone function it is great!!

the software did NOT work for me.

they REFUSE to give a refund, with no further explaination, they says "you don't meet our refund policy"

Stay away from this software.

Tried to recover lost 1.5 TB on USB HDD. used all imaginable recovery tools including to rated 2024. discovered all ok, however all of them produced damaged files. The only DiskGenius managed 80% intact data. And strangely it 30% faster than most. Uninstalled all hdd managers and left DG only!

Compre un disco ssd nuevo de Samsung pero el programa Magician(de Samsung) daba error tratando de hacer migracion de datos(decia error desconocido), probe diskgenius un poco a la desesperada y cual fue mi sorpresa que clono el disco original en el nuevo de forma rapida y sencilla. Totalmente gratis! increible! muchas gracias.

If you want to migrate os from HDD to ssd, this software is the one you should. And it is real free to use. Not like other popular s/W which are free to download and try this is free to use. Moreover, it is straight forward to use without required professional knowledge. Thanks diskgenius.

The tool is quite powerful and good BUT it has a very nasty strategy to get money from you.
They advertise as a free tool, I have tried recovering data from unformatted hdd drive, waited few hours to only later know that they won't recover my data because it is a pro version feature.

There was no warning about it, I understand when you want to create a software and get paid BUT ASK FOR PAYMENT AFTER THE RECOVERY SCANNING IS DONE is awful.

Used it to clone a 500gb HDD to a 320gb SSD. Worked perfectly. Haven't tried any other functions yet.

I try free version for backup and restore my disk. It worked perfectly. The ability to reboot in WinPe version to avoid Windows locks is great.
