Looking for a wooden garden bench. Only one left was display model. Staff dismantled it carried it to our car. Very helpful. Not only that it was half price.

Regularly go for lunch and usually buy some plants, however this year the plants on show were of poor quality. Not the usual standard for a Dobbies garden centre.

Enjoyed trip to Braehead garden centre as always. Had nice browse around store and garden centre and enjoyed coffee and cake,before selecting our purchases.Staff are informative and friendly.

For free woth my birthday card from Dobbies. Food store section much improved and a lot of changes since my last visit so looks good too. Easy to do a weekly shop there now.

Dobbies at Braehead Glasgow is an excellent store. Plants are super healthy and good value using my Dobbies card. The quality and choice of food in the restaurant are good also.

Plants are sometimes in poor condition because it is a windy site and large plants are left blown over on their side.Reduced to clear plants are often not fit for sale.Have not found plant knowledge or advice good

Excellent service staff very friendly & helpfull

Dobbies was very clean and well laid out - lots of space between the aisles which made access with a pram very easy. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful.

Usually spend sat mornings here , coffee , catchup and some retail therapy.
David in garden centre is very knowledgeable and can answer our plant questions no bother, he actually is probably the only one with knowledge of all aspects , fabulous employee, and actually a qualified horticulturist, well done, hang on to him .

Bought a plant pot last week. Found staff at checkout very pleasant.

Well what a disappointment. The plants are uncared for, left to "die" and rot in view of customers ...the place is not managed, the whole outside garden area was a shambles and plants that had obviously been neglected for a lengthy time were all full price. What a disgrace.

Slightly less good than usual. Many plants fallen over and a few looked under watered.
Scones were poor , seemed quite old. Usually they are are amazing best ever quality.
Back at Christmas time we were unable to find anything relating to the real reason for Christmas. We wanted characters for a nativity scene and could only find Santa related items

Cafe staff need some customer training, especially when at cashdesk, very unpleasant unsmiling staff. 2in particular are in need of training .
food/tea cold by time you get to pay for it. Floor was covered with spilled food . Not impressed with overall visit .won't hurry back.
