Good as usual, only criticism is its confusing ordering food ie not available to veiw ,but am aware things have changed since Covid

Always helpful staff. Plants lovely but to be honest most times I buy when the sale is on. Otherwise it can be a bit expensive

Good. Can you email when seasonal items (potatoes/vegetbles/flowers) etc are in? Would be nice if you did!

Came to the garden centre to buy roses. Was delighted to find the roses on sale and we bought 8 plants. We then went up to the cafe and had a coffee tea and toasted sandwiches which we took outside to eat as it was a lovely day.

Lovely walk round the outside area checking out the plants were all looking healthy despite the warm weather we have been having.
Also took the time to go upstairs for a cup of coffee, the young girl on duty made me a lovely hot cup of coffee. I was very pleased as often the coffee has been warm not hot.

Plants all looked as if they needed a good water.
Poor selection.
Pricey.

The quality of the food has sharply declined. On my recent visit I had a chicken and leek pie which was overcooked and contained almost no filling.

I found the staff helpful and interested. The girl at the till was polite and friendly.

Big improvement in the cafe. Homewards and food was good too. Plants needed a bit of tlc.

I always enjoy visiting Dobbies and going to the cafe, the staff are always helpful

Only one till.open. Queuing up for one item is not the best!

today 23 July 2022 - had another lovely experience, this time from Emily from Indoor Living who helped me with my purchase. she was most helpful but so lovely, friendly and made purchasing easy and pleasant. nothing was too much trouble for her. it was such a pleasure to shop today....as always when i come to this Dobbies. please Thank her from me.

I always find the staff very helpful and informative.

I was looking to replace worn connectors for a leaky hose. I found exactly what I needed in the garden section. The parts I needed were well displayed and I had plenty time to decide which brand was best. The prices were lower than I expected. At one point I needed help from a staff member and it was given gladly even although I interrupted him checking stock.
I'm happy with the service because I have rejuvenated a garden hose at reasonable cost rather than having to buy a new hose.

Love going to Dobbies, only 1 mile from my home.

Kevin was first class with his advice and help in the garden centre with his knowledge of the plants we were purchasing.

Good bargains to be had at recent visit and excellent service
