Restaurant visit
Enjoyed my birthday treat of two free coffees and scones, which you get for being a member.

What has happened to the coffee?
We go to Dobbies about once per month for a coffee and for a look round.
A few months ago we noticed that the coffee tasted different from usual and it has not improved in the following months. We think that it is now weak and watery with no "head" on the cappuccino.
Consequently we can no longer give you 5 stars

Perth store - went for food. Toilets need a good regular clean and would benefit from a total refurbish. Not in the same class as your other stores.

Slow Slow service for breakfast
Slow Slow service for breakfast. Eggs way overcooked. Rest dried out.
Toilets absolutely disgusting. Hordes of football supporters using them then leaving.
Never ever again.

A good choice of plants
A good choice of plants at reasonable prices. We enjoyed a coffee and scone in the nice big restaurant with plenty seating. We are regular visitors to Perth Dobbies and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere

Visited Perth Dobbies for lunch today…
Visited Perth Dobbies for lunch today and were very disappointed. Both decided on a portion of chips and a roll to make a chip butty. Chips were lukewarm and by time we were halfway through eating them they were cold. Rolls were cheap and nasty and cost £2.29 for each plain roll. Cannot believe they have the cheek to charge that amount for 1 plain roll!!! I'll be cancelling my Dobbies card when it's due for renewal as I cannot think of any justification for this kind of markup in price. Receipt shows as bread and butter as they don't have a button on till for plain rolls. plain rolls.

Food
Was at Dobbies world Perth for breakfast on 16th October, approximately 9.30am. We were a family of 10 spending £75/80 and though plenty food it was found to be luke warm. I did mention to server when I returned for a further item that food wasn’t very hot but I didn’t get much response, shrugging his shoulders. Obviously hot lamps insufficient along with cold plates. Not very happy
