I needed some information regarding my knee injury before I get to talk to my surgeon in July (practically a 2nd verdict before I got my 1st) I read much online and decided to try this service. Everything I was told by the doctor sounded spot on, the service was prompt and all my questions I had the doctor were answered quickly and professionally. I never thought I’d use a service like this, but so happy I did now. Would use again if required now.

Deceptive advertising. Website shows they have US doctors but most are from India (not that matters, they are good doctors). But it should be boldly clear. Rude customer service and terrible refund policy (good luck if you can get one). Customer service is not 24*7, so wait till the working hours in India, for a response, its darn delayed and impolite. May they should train people for manners. Shady terms and conditions policy.

I am kind of blown away by this site actually. I was answered by a doctor named Shaunak Patel and he was excellent. I spent a couple of hundred dollars trying to consult online doctors on several platforms (most turning out to be useless) but it was here, on a free site no less!, that I got all of my answers. He was super thorough and I was able to ask as many follow up questions as I wanted. He was also a specialist in the exact area of concern that I had. I still can't believe how good the care and experience was...for free?! Wow.

At first I was like that's it, I found out what I really knew. But after using the site and contacting the doctor after a few days I feel better about my experience. The Dr. gave her diagnosis and possible drugs to talk over with a psychiatrist. She was quick to respond and gave a detailed response.

I have used Dr Spring twice in the past five years. Once was because it would have been very inconvenient to go to a clinic, and once as a sort of second opinion. I know some people have concerns whether the site is legit but I will say, for me, it has been excellent, with two very complete responses very quickly. I have seen some people express concern whether the doctors are from the United States--well, in my case they were both from India, but India has quite good medical schools so this really should be no worry. I hope not to need this service too often, but I would not hesitate to use it again.

I am so thankful for their help. In these uncertain times it is very reassuring that I have a place I can go to ask questions and get clear answers. This is especially true when you have older parents that just don't ask the right questions to the doctors. This is so hard now that you cannot go in with your parent to the doctor visits. The info they gave me really has helped a lot!!

I had a great experience using this service. I was inpatient as I thought I would hear back right away but it took about a half a day. However, it was worth the wait. The Dr was detailed and thorough in answering my question and even asked me additional questions to further discuss. We went back and forth a few times and he was extremely helpful. I would definitely use this service again!

I was deceived by Doctorspring, being misled by deceptive advertising that implied that I would be answered by a doctor in the US (the page showed the message "Waiting to answer" with a picture of a cardiologist with training and experience in the US). But my questions were instead given to an Indian physician with no training or experience in the US. When I mentioned this deception to Doctorspring, they said that their website states that customers cannot choose their physician, but when I re-checked their website, that was not stated.
The doctor's answers were good, given the limits of his training, so I have no complaint with him, and would not even want a refund, as he should be compensated for his time and knowledge. But beware of the website Doctorspring, which uses deceptive advertising.

I consulted with Dr Makhode prior to a multiple coronary arterial bypass. Based on our exchanges, I was able to identify the exact procedure that would be optimal in my situation and thus find the best surgeon for the task.

Subsequent to this procedure, I consulted with the good doctor again for advice on how best to expedite full recovery.

I'm happy to say that I was playing golf on the third monthly anniversary of my surgery :-)

Hello: I was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease 7 years ago along with that I have Low back pain both sides (sciatica). On an MRI there was some stenosis. I had an injection/steroid which lasted 1/ 1/2 months. I develpoed neck pain,tmj pain in the [back boths sides] and the calves of my legs. I requested an MRI for the neck thru my Spine doctor. The Cervical spine had basically a normal degerative aging wear and tear). But, on the MRI of the neck 3 Nodules were found on my thyroid which were biopsied and were found to be benign.Along with my Parkinsons med I was taking a pain killer, a muscle relaxant and a different pain killer. I had been in the ER at least 7-8 times this year. My neck, TMJ, throat, legs, back , I had such severe pain along with cramping as is if I had been stung by a zillion bees I could bearly move, I was slow, numb and could bearly walk Around 4 am this morning I woke up with the cramping, felt like the circuits were misfiring. My Pain level on a scale from 1-10 10 being the highest. My Pain was about an 11. I had to do Something and quick. I contacted Doctorspring and posted my questions, gave my medical history explained what has been going for several months. The doctor I talked to and the advice he gave. I took to the ER today. I reqested to be seen by Neurologist and not an ER doctor based on what Doctorspring recommened. He went to explain the problem I was having was NEUROLOGICAL and told me to try 2 medications that may alleviate my dyskenesia, cramping and, severe pain. I told the ER doc what the Doctorspring doctor requested I should do and, wow, the doctor in the ER ordered an EMG, counciled with another Neurologist and, has contacted my Neurologist a movement specialist and, will inform my doc of the excruciating pain, cramping I was having . Now, I am going to have an emg done, perhaps my medication change. From the git go I may have been misdiagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and, now may be suffering from the effects of being misdiagnosed. I cannot say at this time whether this is correct. But, now at least because of the advice given to me by Doctorspring -- pending a review of my medical history it might be that Doctorsprings advice for the lack of better terms "saved my life" from the horrific suffering and severe reaction from the medication I was given to treat Parkinsons Disease which I may never had in the first place. Even if the diagnosis is correct. I have such a mild case, that I could be suffering from to much PD meds and, dosage levels which may be causing a severe reaction. The DoctorSpring website did an excellent job by listening to my complaints, provided sound medical advice, categorized the problems I am having are Neurological and, recommended 2 different medications that may have solved my PD, and, the severe pain reaction I am currently suffering from.

Great Doctor- helped me with a tricky issue and gave full advice and quick answers to follow up questions.
