I am very satisfied with the service I got. Dr Patel was very professional and took his time to explain things to me very clearly, and gave me solid information and advice on solving my issue. I really appereciate Dr Patel's efforts. 5 stars!

He responded promptly to my initial question, and also my follow up questions. I cannot stress the convenience and high quality of digital and medical services I receieved enough. I will definately be using this service again in the future.

I have tried the service twice now but with the same doctor.Dr Rajiv Goel was very helpful about my problem, something which I have struggled to find much information on elsewhere as it's fairly specific. I am interested in learning more about what I can do to resolve my problem, however Dr Goel's fast replies were very helpful and I will definitely take his advice to consideration. Thanks!

Its 2020, and waiting at a Dr's office for an hour to get a consultation you had to wait 3 weeks for is ridiculous. Having a service like Doctor Spring is SO innovative. They provide GP's and all Specialist Doctors. They reply within hours and give detailed, professional feedback. The service is also relatively well priced considering the expertise you are getting!

Considering my symptoms I expected to be spurned again with non-satisfactory answers. What I've got was quite the opposite. I would like to thank Dr.Goel for extensive and broad answers and for his patience with me. It helped me a lot.
Overall, I recommend it.

I used Doctorspring for three different issues over the past three years. Mostly because it can take weeks to months to get a specialist appointment in my area, and it also costs $200-$500 for one visit if you have bad insurance or no insurance. In my opinion the quality of the consultation is just as good from Doctorspring in terms of them parsing the medical history, looking at photos, lab work and imaging and offering suggestions. This past time I consulted for a possible infectious disease I may have picked up in Hawaii. Originally they assigned me to a cardiologist/internist and I was not happy. I complained on the feedback form and they found me an infectious diseases specialist from Apollo Hospitals who listed the most likely causes based on the photos, lab work and history. I previously tried to use a competitor service run out of Europe for a different issue and they told me Americans are banned from using their website! For the US based sites, for a specialist consult you're looking at $200-$1000 per consult. So I think this is the best site at this price point.

Doctor read my question as well as later sub-questions carefully and gave me the answers in detail that I am satisfied with. The only thing that could be better is to receive the answers quicker but my case wasn't urgent at all so I think that my questions maybe didn't have top priority.

You may be lucky but in my case I did not receive the advertised help. Repeated requests for refund were just ignored.

I expected an answer to my problem within 24 hours and it took more than 40 hours and was not relevant to me any more. Doctorsping just does not reply to my emails any more.

I appreciate the detailed reply I have received and answering my questions one-by-one. I felt the answer was personalized, not some cookie cutter boilerplate reply, which I also appreciate. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

tip: while i consulted multiple sites for my complicated case - justanswer, healthcaremagic - this company highlighted the dr who answered and were able to handle my case as compared to anonymous, uninformative, typical replies.

I submitted a detailed questions along with my bloodwork and received a One sentence generic nonsense response. It quickly became clear that “doctor” didn’t even look at my question or attached bloodwork. I honestly doubt that the person who responded was actually a doctor.

I contacted support and told them to look at the doctor’s answer. They responded by saying, “we’ll speak to the doctor.” Once I asked about their refund/cancellation policy I never heard back from their support team.

5 emails to support remain unanswered. Despite their 24/7 support claims and satisfaction guarantee policy. Complete scam. Stay far away from this site.

I am very pleased with the feedback that I received with my medical issue. The fee was reasonable and once a Doctor was assigned, his responses were timely, clear, to the point and made useful and appropriate suggestions for what I should do and what to look out for. While I hope to not have to make use of this service again, :) , if I have a future need I would certainly do so.

My wife had a serious gynecological issue and I was getting a conflicting opinion from my primary doctor and gynecologist. So,I tried this service and chose for an expert opinion. Their gynecologist explained in great details and cited the latest research and helped us to reach a decision. I asked almost 5+ follow up questions,which were answered. It took more than 48 hours for the complete conversation but it was worth the wait. They should keep the option of chat.

I think the site is pretty fair. There are fees but they tell you this up front. I tend to use it for second opinions and simple questions. There responses seem to be quite brief and I have waited over 24 hours for a answer with the specialist but generally I have found the site to be quite useful. I generally find their answers consistent with my doctors so I don't think they are a scam. They don't replace a face to face consultant/GP/Specialist but I recommend for simple things and second opinions.

I have a problematic issue for which I did a lot of research and got panels of lab work from two different labs. In those labs, 5 different values were out of normal range. I provided the lab reports along with a relatively detailed description of symptoms and the circumstances under which the issue arose.

The initial response I got from Doctorspring was little more than a few small sentences which appear to have taken into account only one of the values which was off in the lab results (ignoring the other tests and other 4 abnormal values). In this response they did not ask any questions or provide any real guidance toward further resolving the issue. After I pursued my unanswered questions further I was able to get a bit more info in later replies.

Overall, I guess they provided nearly what one would expect for a low-cost medical advice service. I had hoped for more depth and for more information up-front without having to address each issue separately. If you are willing to ask follow-up questions, waiting a day for each reply, then you should be able to get the general information you need.
