Efficient service and great product.

The Dogsnug bag arrived very quickly (UK to Australia). I chose the Dachshund Long Base - my dog is a miniature dachshund. Her back is approximately 43cm long and she weighs around 5.1kg. The bag does fit her, however she's the maximum size for it. If your dachshund is any longer you'd probably want the XLong Base. The dog seems to enjoy being in the bag and it was very stretchy and comfortable carrying it cross-body - the straps are beautifully padded. It is very hard to find a shoulder-strap bag that actually fits a dachshunds, so I was delighted to find this one.

Great quality products, I bought a running harness plus a night and rain fleece jumper. They arrived in Australia in record time, only one day longer than something I ordered within Australia.
I made an error with the size of the running harness I ordered and the Dogsnug team have been very helpful sorting it out. Very fast responses to my queries.

Lovely cosy bag for my puppy - he loved it straight away. Cross body it’s easy and comfortable for me to carry too.

Good quality product, XL, extra sturdy base for my substantial mini dachshund, 6.5kg, so the crossover strap gives a more comfortable experience for both of us.

Dogsnug carrier is very comfortable to wear, even with a 6.7 kilo dog in it. I like how snug she us in it. And how secure she seems. Love the colour and the style.

My fluffy dog carrier arrived very quickly and is an excellent product. My Jack Russell enjoys snuggling in it and I think it will be especially useful when we are out and there are cold floors in winter or to put on a seat for him to sit it.

Very efficient service - excellent communication!

Perfect product for anxious tired pups, great for back support and is soft and comfortable. Great investment for ease when walks get tiring or lazy, fits well and comfy on the shoulder, very well made. Would recommend purchasing. Pricey but worth it when compared to similar bags, i can tell this is very long lasting. Service was fab too, quick delivery and communication in helping purchasing the most suitable size was helpful. Cute brand, looking forward to buying the jumpers for my next purchase.

Excellent miniature dachshund carrier with long comfortable bottom for long body snd spine. Easy to carry and comfortable for dog. She loves going in it. Ideal for long walks or travelling on public transport. Delivery excellent and really lovely matching lead. The khaki colour and design are stylish and it’s washable . Pocket for lead or poop bags. Very happy even though pricey but worth it to keep dog safe and happy.

Buyer beware!
After deciding the sling was not suitable for my use, I returned the item tracked and signed for, the item was received by Dog Snug, but I have never had notification that the item has been received. I have sent several emails trying to make contact with Dog Snug but with no reply, they do not list a telephone number to contact them on.
Luckily I paid for the item through PayPal and have raised a dispute with them….maybe they will get a reply from Dog Snug.
Just an acknowledgment that they have received my emails and are dealing with my refund would be a bonus.

The coat is a great fit and keeps my mini dachshund warm and dry even in the worst conditions. This is the second one I’ve purchased and will definitely get more.

I love the coat is a fleece but also water runs of it. Keeping my mini sausage warm and dry. I ordered the coat with harness access. This is great as I've shopped around and struggled to find a coat with this. Fast delivery highly recommend
