It's not that the products or service…
It's not that the products or service is bad, they're OK really.
NO they get so few stars because ever since I ordered my items via their website I have been inundated with spam emails with adverts - I know this to be a fact as I have ordered other items of other websites and never once received any spam emails but since ordering from here these emails go straight into my inbox and are not filtered into my spam folder.
Sort it out Doorstuff mine and other peoples emails are NOT FOR SALE to all and sundry......

Thank you for your review but I can assure you that Doorstuff does not sell data to any third party.
The only companies your data is supplied to are the service we need to use to get your parcel to your door i.e our carrier, the payment provider, our web-order software supplier and this review site. I assume that, as we are not selling your data, you are claiming one or more of these companies are? Above this I can not comment on what websites you are looking at but please be assured your claimed increase in spam is not due to Doorstuff selling on your data.
I am aware that your original order was not what you were expecting (you ordered single door kit instead of a double door kit) but our website is clear and we have done our best to get the extra parts to you as quickly as possible and with free shipping as a good will gesture.

The handles I bought are of much better quality than the ones I could find locally (made in PRC).

Speedy bug included wrong bolts.
Two bar handles arrived quickly. When I needed to fit them I found one box contained the correct diameter bolt but the other contained bolts that were too big and so it couldn’t be fitted. Annoying but Doorstuff did refund and send label to return. Customer service prompt.

We've spent weeks looking for a suitable double sliding door rail we would have saved a lot of time if we'd have just called this company in the first place. The guy on the phone told us our options so we drove over to Teignmouth where a super helpful girl on the trade counter demonstrated them.
