Great Loafers but runs really big
I was so excited to order The Logan Loafers in the color taupe. I received them and they were super big! I’m a size 8 in shoes, but these run really big! Now I don’t know whether to size down to a 7 1/2? Or size 7? Because they are really great quality shoes and the color and look of the shoes are beautiful! Plus I payed shipping to get them and to ship them back. Which was not cheap. I really wish each item from shoes to clothing had a sizing chart and recommendations on if items run true to size or small or large.

Good shopping, bad return policy
Good shopping experience but I don't like the return policy. I bought clothes as a Christmas gift for my daughter but we'll be stuck with then if they don't fit because it's outside the 30 say return window and they won't give us an extension due to the holiday.

It was my first time in this store
It was my first time in this store in fact I’ve never even heard of it. I was pleasantly surprised of the variety & quality of items they offered. I ended up getting a smokin’ deal on a dining room table. They offer home delivery as well which is great! I don’t remember the name of the person that checked me out but they’re ALL very nice & helpful. The delivery guys name is Matt....he was on time & very friendly.
