Like the clothes, but not returns
I ordered two dresses according to the size chart. They both ended up being too big and then I had to pay to ship them back and get charged more money for a restocking fee. It makes it really expensive to shop at your site online. I like the clothing selection. I am just a little wary of charging them since I have to pay so much to return them if they don’t fit.

Cute for both casual and work!
Loved the blouses I purchased and a really cute selection of clothes but you should carry all blouses in xxl in the stores. It was available online but would be nice to have immediately and not have to order or pay shipping. Great customer service!

Still waiting after one month
I ordered a sweater from Downeast. After three weeks, sweater never arrived. Checked my credit card statement and was billed for the sweater. Even though I emailed Downeast about the whereabouts of my sweater, they never responded to me. I am still trying to contact them to find out if I’m ever going to get my sweater.I will never buy anything from them again.

Dress isn't what was showed online.
The dress I bought is a COMPLETELY different color than it shows on the website! It also has a belt that ties around your waist. The straps are the same length, when one is supposed to be longer so you can actually tie it. The only way I can tie it is on my side, which isn't how they show it being tied online. Not very happy with Downeast right now.

If they don't have an item they just refund your money and say sorry whatcha bummer. I want the item. Too insure the customer is happy they should have a better system. Contacting when item comes in or let me know what store in town that has it, etc. They just let a customer go. Didn't seem to care. My first ever experience.

I do not like their return policy
I do not like their return policy. Customer pays $5 handling fee and return shipping after paying the original shipping. Makes it hard to buy online. Customer is out approximately $15 when something is sized wrong, or is not described correctly.
