Love DownEast!! Love it also how their products arrives very quickly.

Site was easy to navigate. Had no problems.

My order was canceled. I understand issues come up (inventory issues) but the email I received was pretty unsympathetic, didnt offer an apology or tell me what was going to be happening with my money. I would have appreciated a "sorry for your inconvenience" at least. Dont think I will try to buy again.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Most of my purchases from Downeast are online, even though there is a store locally. I recently received a shipment and after trying on the items, several did not fit. I packaged them back up and decided to go to the local store to return them. Downeast has made it virtually impossible for someone who works Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 to return anything. I was told I would need an RMA number to make my return and I would need to contact Downeast Customer Service between the hours of 9-5 Monday -Thursday to get the RMA. Thanks for nothing!

Ordered online, but the shipping was quick, everything came packaged appropriately, and the items came as ordered. Would order from Downeast again!

I received my order of the Surplice Bodice Floral Dress. I loved the color, feel of the material, how the dress flowed & it was fully lined, except sleeves.
However, I was disappointed that the dress was designed to be an empire style, not with a natural waistline as pictured. Also, the care instruction tag inside the dress, did not give washing instructions, only "do not bleach, hang, lay flat" made in USA, English & Spanish. Fortunately, the advertisement mentioned how to wash dress.
I decided to keep the dress for my trip as I really liked it & will hand wash my dress vs machine wash on delicate. I gave 4 stars for the empire design of the dress.

I love this slip so much! I have purchased the black version for myself and now both my daughters. I like to wear it under low cut tops and dresses and it fits smoothly.

All items were as expected. They fit perfectly and arrived in a timely matter.

The website made for easy ordering and I got my order very quickly! Items were as expected, individually wrapped, and just what I ordered.

Love your clothes. Just wish you carried some of your shoes in size 11, for us girls with big feet.😊

I love the tie- bottom top. It is cool comfortable and hardly wrinkles.

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful on the model. I am 5’10” and 125 pounds and the dress was very bunchy around the middle and not at all like it was featured in the picture. I was disappointed that I had to pay for the return shipping.

I ordered and paid for 5 shirts. I only received 2. Customer service had me send in copies of invoice, etc. with the promise they would get back to me. It’s been a week. I have tried contacting customer service by phone and the message says that their number is not set up to receive calls. Can not recommend service from Downeast. I would give a “0” if I could.

I want more plus size options from you. That is all.

I tried to order a jacket over the weekend online but the 30% was not showing up in the shopping cart. The offer expired Sunday at midnight but when I called Downeast on Monday morning they graciously offered me the 30% and free shipping. Honestly, I haven’t seen customer service like that for a while and it was refreshing! Downeast is the way to go!

My order was placed easily and shipped very quick. I received my order quicker than a local store. I'm torn between telling everyone the quality of the clothing or keeping this gem of a store a secret. I'm so impressed.
