It took a long time to ship. Once it did ship it came fast, but it took over 6 days to ship.

I ordered a skirt and top online because there was a 25% discount. In my shopping cart it showed the discount. But after arranging the payment through PayPal the discount disappeared, I tried a couple of times to see what the problem was, if I was missing a promo code or what? I eventually just ordered and the discount did not show, so I emailed Downeast explaining the problem that I was having. I received an immediate response stating they could correct it and asking for my order number, I sent them the order number and they corrected the issue and refunded the difference to my PayPal account. So the Snafu sucked but I appreciated their helpful customer service.
