Can’t recommend the DUC enough!! Will was amazing at helping me gather what I needed for my skills assessment theory side and the girls who ran the practical in Leatherhead were spot on, very friendly:-) outstanding service from everyone:-)

Tell you what, it's a daunting thought to move to the other side of the world. My wife and I did it and I'm so glad we decided to ask DUC to help us. She is an Aussie and I'm Scottish so we went for a partner visa, which got granted about 10 months after applying for it.

I can confirm from experience that DUC were completely up front and transparent about everything, and there weren't any hidden costs or anything like that. Their very reasonable fee has saved us so much stress and worry and I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Jenny Baker was our migration agent and she has been an absolute star. She broke everything down into manageable steps for us, giving us clear advice and instructions on each part of the process - plus she's been there to promptly respond to our questions the whole time. Obviously it's her job and she's getting paid to do it, but we both really appreciate her personally. She's honestly just helped us so much with this massive move and in such a personable manner, and she's gone above and beyond in her efforts to make this work out for us. Thank you so much DUC and thank you Jenny especially.

My husband's Australian Visa has just been approved thanks to the help of DUC. We began this process just over 12 months ago in Scotland, and our advisor, Jenney Baker has been incredibly helpful and reassuring every step of the way.

From the get-go, Jenny knew exactly what the process would look like for us and gave us really clear instructions on what information we needed to start collecting.

Even more amazing, the news of my husband's visa approval was personally delivered by Jenny in a phone call (which probably cost loads coming all the way from the UK).

I myself went through the visa process as an Australian in the UK a few years ago, and all I got was a very un ceremonial email after months of stress and worry - so for me this was just the icing on the cake after everything she has done for us.

We couldn't recommend the Down Under Centre more and are both very happy with the outstanding service we were provided.

I honestly would recommend the DUC to everyone, from initially consultation to the end everyone handling our case has been fantastic. After going through this process, thinking about it I am glad I used an agent and didn't do it myself. Our case took a turn when the immigration team didn't read our application properly and nearly declined our visas. But Trish made sure it was sorted, despite all the stress.

What a journey! We had unsuccessfully used two other agencies prior to the DUC, one which went bust during COVID and the other was not able to get us across the documentary preparation stage to start the process.

Bring in the DUC, recommended by someone we knew. All expectations managed. Honest, understanding and direct about what we needed to be done, and the likelihood of success. Fees 100% transparent, and staged payments. Always on the end of a phone if required. Amazing online private FB community.

We got the magic call yesterday ♥️ vic had done it. We got our permanent residency for Australia. If your looking for an agent for the big move DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE but the down under centre they know exactly what you need to do to achieve your goal. Without the Down Under center's support and expertise, we would have found it extremely difficult to follow our dreams and apply for the necessary visa to go to Australia. From the start to the finish, they were fantastic and always available to answer any questions and inform us of what stage we were at. The team is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the processes and we are now using a relocation member of the team to locate a suitable house where we as a family want to live.
They even support us with employment and other aspects of things we need to settle in the initial stage of the move. Thank you so much to the team for your hard work and we are looking forward to a new life in the sun.

I only signed up with DUC in December and thanks to the fantastic work done by Vic I received my RRV on 17/1/25 I was amazed by the speed at which it all happened and that is wholly because Vic is so great at what she does and made sense of my very complicated history. Can’t recommend highly enough!

What can I say..... this company made our dreams come true!!! From start to finish the DUC have been supportive, professional, and have a mountain of knowledge on moving to AUS and visa processes. Doug and especially Olivia have been fantastic in getting me and my family to Aus. Have also recently had a relocation call with Eugine which was brilliant - (free service provided to DUC clients after visa grant). It was thorough and tailored to our needs on moving.

The DUC have been amazing throughout the whole process and made it as easy as possible to collect all the evidence needed via the porthole and document templates. They were easy to contact and very patient and helpful. They also provide lots of additional support and the Facebook group is a huge support and everyone is so kind. It really helps keep your spirits up when going through the process!

The Down Under Centre is fantastic, and Jenny is absolutely amazing! She knows the Australian visa system inside and out, making the whole process so much easier. She’s super responsive, always honest, and incredibly professional, but with a personal touch that makes you feel completely supported. If you want someone who really knows their stuff and genuinely cares, Jenny is the one to go to. Couldn’t recommend her and the team more!

9Months ago me and my husband decided to make the move to Aus. I had never looked into the process before but it was REALLY overwhelming the amount of information out there. I came across DUC and after a consultation we soon realised this was not going to be a cheap move! I listened to the podcast every single week which also cemented our decision.
After researching other agents/ lawyers I had a gut feeling to go with DUC.
If you are really serious about emigrating I could not recommend DUC enough, every step of the way they have made this whole process less stressful, emails are replied to promptly, they have so much experience and I do not think we would have had our visa granted in 4/5months from joining without them.
Even after our visa was granted it wasn't too much trouble for our agent to change our passports on IMMI.
Ill be forever grateful to Jenny and Doug especially for all the hard work. Worth every penny :)
