I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
In March 2025, DPS Energy sent installers to my home who arrived smelling of cannabis and were unfit to carry out the work safely. When I raised safeguarding concerns, Paula Ainsworth (Head of Eco) defended them, dismissed my complaint, and failed to escalate the matter to any senior manager or director.
Instead of investigating properly, DPS Energy withdrew from the job altogether and issued a so-called “final response” that misrepresented events and made out that I was the problem. At no point did they offer me an alternative team or escalate my serious safety and discrimination concerns.
This behaviour is unprofessional, patronising, and discriminatory. Customers should not be made to feel unsafe or gaslighted when raising genuine safeguarding issues. I have escalated this to the Energy Ombudsman and will be pursuing further action.

We always want our customers to feel safe and supported, and we regret that we weren’t able to reach a resolution together.
As the situation became increasingly stressful for everyone involved and the level of concern raised by you became greater, we felt it was best to allow you the option of working with another provider. We wish you all the very best with your installation and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
