Seller was very upfront about the time it would take to receive the product, and that they had to wait for the paint to dry to send it by mail. It arrived within 3 weeks despite taking days to dry as well as in UK and USA customs.

They were realistic in timescales as they were v busy in December. Communication was great with me, giving me the heads up when it was done so I could jump onto the website to buy it. Photos just don’t do the art justice. When you see them in real life you can see all the work that goes into them. Delivery was quick and really well packaged.
