I got good details from store assistant to choose and decide as per my requirement. This is for my store visit not the product.
Store assistant have enough knowledge on products and verities available in store.
I recommended my friends to visit store and give a try.

My 76 year father thought he had added the cost of getting the bed set up, to his order (he hadn't). The team at Abingdon went out of there way to go over to my Dads, and actually help him set the bed up, as I live over an hour away! How amazing is that!

TV bed is great quality. The crew that delivered it and assembled it were fantastic.
Only issue was how long I had to wait for delivery.

Visited Abingdon branch and decided to buy a display model mattress and base at half price. The Manageress was hard faced, unhelpful and abrupt, being awkward and non customer service based about delivery that had to be in the following week or she could not sell it to us, even though they had other wrapped items upstairs sat waiting to be delivered. There were very few delivery slots the next week. We left the store without buying due to her poor attitude. As Josh had been so good in store we rang back and bought over the phone. Upon delivery the matress was damaged by the delivery crew, genuine unfortunate incident in our home and so Josh found a replacement display model and was asked to ring us back in 2 days as he was off the next day. I was not able to speak to my partner at work whilst the delivery was happening with regard to whether we wanted another display model or a refund. We never heard from Josh. I did leave it 10 days to see if he would call, but he never. Luckily our discontinued mattress was now on line new, at the same price as the display one so I avoided dealing with the store staff and rang customer services direct. Long story short we got a new mattress cheaper then the display one which was returned. Basically once Josh had the sale with the nice friendly smiley face he had no interest and just fumbled over a reason he had not rang me back and his story did not tie up with the notes the customer service member read to me off the screen.

From sales to installation was smooth, friendly and a Dream.
